When I decided on the SUV that I wanted, he explained all the fees and warranties. He went above and beyond by even linking the Bluetooth system. Overall a good experience

"Inspection At Peruzzi"
The inspection showed there was a nail in the tread of the tire, I received a call that I need to purchase a new tire. I knew that there was barely any air escaping so asked them to show me why I cant get patched up. After secondary inspection of tire under my supervision there was only one small hole and the tire could be patched up. So it went from $180 for the tire to $39 for the patch. Also I got a rude service person (Samantha K) who threatened to fail the inspection and make me pay for emissions if I refused to pay for the new tire. On top of it the inspection took over 2hrs on a Saturday.

Horrible, bad customer service. Do not believe when they say that they will absolutely help you. Do not believe them when they said that they will finance bad credit . They will not help you at all. Will not return any of your calls and horrible at getting back to you. I would give this dealership a zero stars if I have to. They make me feel comfortable about getting my jeep serviced there. Kim the service advisor is great and always keeping on top of things about my truck. They do a good job in keeping my jeep running, Now with over 179,000 miles on it. I would recommend this dealer service to my friends and family.

I am happy with my car and the sales guy Name Freddy was awesome he helped me get the car that I wanted ..!! But there was some color issues that I noticed and pointed out but I wasnt taken seriously. But got the problem resolve finally with some polish or something. Also the auto start doesnt start from my place to my parking so that was pointless expense and I feel like I was being fool because they didnt tell me how it works and what distance it cover because now I m stuck with thing that dont even work ..!!

Loved the way i was handled from start to finish. I had already set my price on their website and when i got their orice we agreed upon was the price i paid. My sales consultant name was Paul a young man of 22yrs of age but he was sharpp an honest didnt try to pressure me to buy he just explained the details and features of the car and answered every question i had. Today was a good day. I had no ideal that I would purchase a car, although I knew I would be purchasing a new vehicle during 2016. Today, while visiting Perruzzi Mitsubishi, I had the pleasure of being introduced to Mr. Aaron Wilkerson, a sales representative for the dealership. During our encounter, Mr. Wilkerson showed my husband and I several vehicles and was well knowledgeable with the cars. Before the day concluded, I was driving away with a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander. I received on of the best deals I have every had; the trade-in value given to me for my 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander was terrific!! Aaron, although new to the trade, showed us un-surpassed professionalism, he was always informative and could answer ever question to our satisfaction. It was an extreme pleasure working with Mr. Wilkerson and the Perruzzi Family.

After reading all the reviews on this dealership, which are mostly positive, I choose to go there to check out a car I was seriously interested in buying. My wife and I got there on a Saturday afternoon and look around the lot to find the car I was interested in. After being on the lot for more than 20 min without anyone asking if we needed help or information I decided to go inside. There I see 4 salesman standing around having a nice chat (not with customers) and I ask if i could be helped and I finally got someone to get the keys and show me the car. We take the car for a test drive and I really liked it. The salesman was very nice and not too pushy which i appreciated but i told him i would not be buying today but asked for his card and told him I would be in contact very shortly. So that very next Monday I wrote and email (I couldnt talk on the phone since I was at work)to the salesman stating i was a serious buyer in the car, I had a pre-approved loan already and I was hoping to negotiate with him on the price. So i wait a couple days and I get no response. I write him another email no response. So I choose to email the dealership directly explain my situation and ask if someone could negotiate with me over phone or email. Finally someone contacts me right away but they called during the day and i could not answer since i was working(which i stated in my email) and they also sent me an email asking when i could come in for a test drive and would i be interested in hearing deals on 2016 models. So now I am super frustrated! Did they even read my initial email? So I sent a response back stating that i already drove the car and wanted to talk to someone about negotiate a price, two days later i get the same cut and paste email asking when i can come in for a test drive! The best part is this whole time this is going on they lower the price of the car a couple of hundred of dollars online. So clearly they are trying to sell it as i am trying to buy it! I want no parts of dealing with this dealership ever again.

I entered a "Make A Deal" through Peruzzi Mitsubishis website. The information included in this submission was my trade-in information and pictures. I obtained the price of the new vehicle in which I was interested directly from Peruzzis website. Also, the trade-in value of my vehicle came from Peruzzis website. I received an "accepted offer" via email from Peruzzi employee, Daniel Dudley who is the Used Car Manager at the dealership. Before I traveled one hour to the dealership, I spoke with John Little who is the General Manager and explained that I had received the accepted offer online. John said fine and asked when I could come in to confirm the deal. I told him Friday evening; however, when I got to the dealership, I got handed off to an unseasoned salesperson. Mr. Dudley, who approved the transaction, was not in the dealership. I showed John Little the email I received on the pricing and he had to call Dan Dudley. Even though Mr. Dudley approved the deal, John was unwilling to accept it. He came back with an insulting offer of $4,000 less for my trade than what was originally agreed upon. If anyone out there is looking to buy a vehicle I would stay away from Peruzzi Mitsubishi.

One June 28th, 2015 I got my new 2015 Outlander Sport from Peruzzi. This was not my first time getting a vehicle from this dealership and quite frankly I can not imagine going elsewhere.
