This is the first dealer ship that I have no issues. Sale man listened and found me the right car I wanted. I got it at a fair price and the service is the best I have seen. I normally do not go to deal ship for service but they are worth it.

We purchased a Yaris in 2013 and have had all the service work done at Toyota of Scranton. We now have three Jeep Wranglers because Toyota dropped the FJ from their line of vehicles. After having tried two different Jeep dealers for service, our son began bringing his Jeep Wrangler in for service at Toyota of Scranton. We just followed suit. Really happy we did! When you get the same level of service as Toyota owners on another brand, that speaks volumes. We will purchase Toyota in the future (probably a 4-Runner). It because of their service department!!

My car was repaired today for a flat tire. I had to have the car towed last night. I called Toyota on the evening of March 10th,2017 and within 20 minutes the tow truck came. It was a cold evening so this made this problem difficult. The next day I called in the morning and Toyota said the new tire was on . It was not costly since I bought the vehicle in 2016. I was pleased with my service there. It was seamless. I buy all my vehicles there because of the great prices and service.

My wife and I bought a used Ram here. I must say this experience was much better than a lot of dealers I bought a vehicle from. The atmosphere was more than pleasant and everyone seemed happy to be working there. The facilities (we were given a tour) seemed top notch. Our salesman AJ was very personable and worked with us to get the deal we wanted. I had some questions weeks after the sale and he was quick to respond to them. The test drive went well and I didnt get that "you break it, you bought it" vibe from AJ that stifles you from driving the vehicle the way you would if it was your own. The are two things that made me not give a perfect score: The first was that, for a truck that was supposedly checked top to bottom, pieces of the tire jack and the floormats for the rear seat were left loose in the bed. The second was that the finance guy was trying to sell us on an extended warranty because "it isnt a Toyota". As someone who drives nothing but American, I was a little offended. Overall, though, a fantastic experienece. I will definitely buy another used vehicle here and recommend it to others.

Not having to deal with the usual "tennis match" with the sale person and manager. Tim the sales manager came to meet me within moments after I told the sales person I had a great trade in and wanted to make a deal on a new iM. Tim made the whole process painless and efficient. I was able to be done with the whole process within a few hours, which is and was one of the fastest Ive even encountered at any dealership.
