"Shopping For A New Hyundai"
Dealer initially attempted to have me drive there for a "conversation". Eventually I received quotes, but the dealer provided 2 different sets of proposals. For days I requested an explanation of the disparity in the quotes, but never received an answer. I simply was asking the dealer to be more transparent regarding the numbers given to me. Had I received the requested explanation, I likely would have purchased the vehicle from them. Healeys last communications to me stated I had "procrastinated" and I "did not recognize a good buy", so the vehicle I was attempting to purchase was sold to someone else. Once they "personalized" the matter, I of course took my business elsewhere and purchased a new Hyundai at a different dealership. In fact, the second dealer was so helpful and transparent, I ended up buying a second Hyundai for my wife as well. When transparency (or lack of it) becomes a major part of any negotiation, you know you are shopping in the wrong place.
