When calling, we connected with Crystal, and because of her positive and professional manner on the phone we decided to make the trip. Upon arriving at the dealership we were fortunate to meet with Christina, their sales consultant. She was knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. The vehicle was just what we were looking for and their pricing is excellent. Id also like to thank the woman who did our paperwork to make the sale possible. Remarkably we were able to trade in our vehicle, purchase the new vehicle and do everything the same day - even with living out of state! "2016 Malibu I Just Purchased On Feb. 29."
I usually buy GM products when Olds. were available. This is my first Chevrolet in a long time. I always got free winter mats and at least a bottle of touch up paint from my Olds. Dealer. I was disappointed when I was not offered these items. The car is beautiful and will most likely be my last new car. The salesman was very nice but couldnt offer these things to me. Said I would have to order them. Last car I had was a Subaru Outback and they gave me winter mats, tinted windows and paint for no extra charge. That is a real good dealer.

This is the 2nd time that I brought my truck in to get the module for the heated seats replaced. The 1st time the new module was also bad. A new replacement was ordered. I was called as soon as it came in. I set up an appointment to have this done along with an inspection. I dropped off the truck the night before. I was called when it was done. When I came to pick it up Jason knew who I was and said that it worked this time. It is nice when somebody knows who you are when you come in. The heated seats work nicely.

I told them that the heater motor was acting like it did when it drained the battery. They said everything was fine, on the way home from picking the vehicle up the heater motor acted up. So I have to bring it back so they can fix it, like they should have done the first time.

I went in on 11/2/15 for an inspection but the tech smelled fluid coming from the car and found my water pump had a hole. Joe(tech) came into waiting area to tell me of the find and directed me to Nick who is my service advisor, to see if pump etc. was covered under warranty, but Nick said he busy with four other customers and didnt have time and for Joe to handle it. Joe did handle it, he was very courteous and kept me informed (I had to leave and go to work) he called me at home with the information and I brought my car back in that Friday 11/6. I thank him for his time, professionalism and efforts. Also, to Pete the shuttle driver who is also so nice and pleasant(what a joy) and the cashier who always has smile on her face. On time service and excellent job. Only negative is that I didnt know there was no courtesy shuttle on Saturday. Not a big deal repairs were done quickly and break room was comfortable but you should make people aware of this when they make an appointment.

The overall experience was good. No major concerns, though I found a grey plastic part on the floor behind the passenger seat. Im not sure where it belongs. Even if its from my car? The amount of time was somewhat longer than expected, though the vehicle was washed and I was told that could take extra time, which was fine. The total time for the oil change and wash was approximately 2 1/2 hours....a little longer than expected. Healey has been my dealer for many, many years. As a matter of fact, I still own a 1991 full size Chevy blazer and still have my dads 1991 Olds purchsed from Healey. My 2002 Chevy Malibu has nearly 373,000 miles on it - which I drive when im not driving my 2014 Cruze. Thanks Healey......my next purchase will most likely be a full size pick-up truck.
