Made an appointment to get my tail light replaced because of clouding/condensation inside the case. Sat there for 2 hours before they even brought the car inside to change it. First I will start off by saying I never review anything on the internet whether it be positive or negative. That being said My wife and I recently purchased a 2017 Outback at Grand Prix Subaru. It was a great experience all around. It started with looking at a certified pre-owned car on the internet and speaking with Diane and then turned into us buying a brand new car. We worked with Tom Wheeler and from the moment we walked in the door to when we drove away with our new car he made it easy every step of the way. He was knowledgable and patient, spending hours with us. He allowed us to test drive different cars, helped us compare different models, answered all of our questions and even took the time to show me and my wife how every little thing works in our new car. He frequently offered to get refreshments during any waiting periods and to help with whatever was needed. Just shopping around for a new Subaru and Grand Prix was recommended to me by cousin. Firstly I would like to start by saying that like most Ive always had a biased opinion towards dealerships in general, and this one didnt get the benefit of the doubt. However as soon as I walked in, the atmosphere was definitely professional. Every sales associate looked and treated everyone with the utmost curtousy and professionalism. A lovely receptionist greeted me, took my information and called over a salesperson who than welcomed me, and walked me over to there "VIP" program to introduce me to the benefits of purchasing from their dealership. Went to GP Subara on the first working day of the year (1/2/16) looking to buy an Impreza I had searched from their online inventory. Although the location was under construction, and pa King was a bit tight on the back side streets, the inside appearance of the place was clean and welcoming. Went to Grand Prix Subaru this afternoon because I was very interested in leasing the 2016 Forrester 2.5i Limited with Nav. This was the one car that I really wanted to see (highly rated, safe, good value for the money, etc) and wanted someone experienced with the car to help me out (i.e a dealer). The only person in the empty (and I mean empty) showroom that was trying to help me out was the receptionist. She made a couple of overhead announcements but there were no takers. I went to help myself and look at the car myself and after I finished I noticed that one of the salesmen was there striking up a conversation with her. She asked him if he was available, he stated no and walked away as I approached. A total of 4 salesmen passed me by without one being available. This was about 1pm in the afternoon and the only customers was this elderly group that was being helped by one sales person. I took the snub as a sign that they didnt want my business and departed. This is the sign of a poorly run dealership. They really should change their business practices, or fire the salesmen that were working that afternoon. I will go to another dealership that is in the business of selling cars.

Was looking for a Subaru, for a long time. I went to my local dealership ,Grand Prix. Thats where I met my salesperson Joe Del Rossi, who did a great job for us . It was a quick and painless experience. Joe helped us ,along with Vince Ortolani the sales manager. They found the right vehicle , the XV Crosstrek , which was the right size for me and my wife. This dealership did everything right from start to finish. I am looking forward to a long term relationship , with Grand Prix. The facility is currently being renovated to accomodate and service their customers.

I just bought my third Subaru vehicle, my first from Grand Prix. After two less than stellar experiences at dealerships closer to home, I travelled a bit further to Grand Prix based on customer reviews I read online. And Im glad I did. I met Jamie Borack who introduced me to the Cross Trek XV Hybrid. I had researched online before coming to the dealership but wasnt quite sure if I wanted to go the Hybrid route just yet. Jamie took considerable time going over the features of the car and comparing it to other models to make sure I was getting what I wanted and what I needed. I tested the car on Saturday and was driving my new Cross Trek home Thursday evening. Everything from insurance and registration was taken care of and ready when I arrived. Jamie spent time going over how everything worked in my new car before I left the lot on Thursday evening. Everything from unlocking the doors with out the key to programming the GPS; she even synced my phone to the car. Hows that for thorough! When it came time to meet with the finance guy I was sure there would be a hard sell to buy all sorts of extra options and insurances. Surprisingly that was not the case. Recommendations were made and reasonable explanations were given but still no hard sell. Before I left the Sales Manager Ted Hanlon came by to make sure I was happy with the experience and my car. I am very pleased with my car shopping experience at Grand Prix and I look forward to dealing with the service people of Grand Prix throughout my cars lifetime. Thank you Jamie Borack and the rest of the staff of Grand Prix for such a positive experience.

After thoroughly researching SUVs, my wife and I were extremely interested in the new Subaru Foresters. We decided to go to Grand Prix Subaru and I have to say, it was a remarkable experience. Jami Munz, our car sales rep, met us with a big smile and hug! Ive NEVER had a car sales rep meet me like that. I believe she sold us the Forester right then and there. We explained to her what we were looking for and she took us through the whole process, never once pressuring us or taking us in cost directions that were beyond us. It felt as if we were buying a car from our daughter! Once all was finalized, Jami introduced us to her sales manager, Ted Hanlon, who was able to work out a trade-in deal and final price offer that was within our budget and extremely reasonable.
