My husband and I have always owned a Chrysler town and country we were always so happy with the product so when we came to find out that they discontinued it we wanted to see what our next options would be. I seen an ad on Cars.com for a Certified Used 2013 Jeep Compass Latitude at 53,800 miles at a really great price. I came in and seen CHRIS HIGGINSON and told him that i do not want to play any games and i am not paying more than the advertised price. He said he does not like to play games and itemized all the charges i would be paying, excluding the interest rate. The itemized charges were the Purchase Price, taxes, and dealer fees, excluding interest rate. I drove away with my SUV paying $200 a month after a $650 down payment and a trade in. I am very pleased with the way they treated me. I am definitely a happy customer.

In April I leased my Challenger GT from T&C and this week we leased a Dodge Durango. Both of our experiences were very good, but our most recent purchase this week was outstanding. Jamie Yellin was our salesperson this time and he was awesome. He was thorough, easy to deal with and worked hard to earn our business. He made sure we got the precise car we wanted and worked with management there to get us the price we needed. More importantly he has already been a service after the sale. He made sure to let us know our lease return had been grounded with the bank and stepped up big time when there was trouble. We ended up with a nail in the tire of the Durango on the next morning after the car was picked up. When Jamie found out he made sure we were able to get the car to service for a rapid repair and put the fire out right away. Any salesperson can work with a good deal but it takes an exceptional salesperson to turn a bad situation good and thats precisely what he did. On August 31, 2017, I, along my friend Mr. Zhu, visited Town & Country dealer office at Levittown with intention to buy a Ram 1500 truck. We did our homework and we knew exactly what we are looking for. We arrived around 8p.m. and quickly made a deal with the sales representative, Mr. David Perez, with a price of $31,450 dollars for a Ram 1500 truck with Crew Cab V8 engine and 4-wheel. Mr. Perez collected Mr. Zhu’s driver license and insurance information. He finished the paper work for this sale contract with a price close to $36,500 and wrote a rebate item which is close to $5000. Mr. Zhu signed the paperwork, and had some questions regarding tax charge on the rebate portion. All of sudden, a senior sales manager showed up and asked Mr. Perez to stop working with us and cancel the contract. We were shocked by the sales person’s conduct and lateral, forceful cancelation without proper communication. The senior sales manager refused to give us any further details, and insisted to cancel the contract albeit we counter-offered better terms. We were perplexed about the outcome. The bottom line is, the salesman failed to serve the customer as expected, and brought the damage to the company’s reputation and brand, not to say the bottom line. I must admit I had worst experience in Town & Country car dealer shop. What are the root causes for bad customer services at Town & Country at Levittown? I deserve the answer and the compensation.

I called the dealer and found out that my previous sales guy I was worked with for my wife car no longer works at Town and Country and I was stressed out because I hate the back and forth games. She told me to come in and shell have somebody there for me who she promised would put me at ease and she kept her promise.Got there at 4 and met chelsea and Jamie Yellen. He was really friendly and made this car an even easier purchase than my last salesman (who was awesome !!!) He is down to earth and really cared that I had every option that I needed and wanted in my budget. I dont have the best credit I told him about my situation and he really listened to me and did not push for things I didnt want.
