I placed an inquiry on a Toyota Land cruiser through your site cars.com and never heard back. I then emailed directly and called heard nothing. I also used the chat feature on their website gave them the vin number and never heard a thing. Not an inexpensive SUV and no call back. Weak showing.

My boyfriend went to Huntington Toyota today and had a horrible experience. Alysa K was arrogant and rude. Telling him completely different prices than were discussed previously and then while negotiating she was cursing; which is highly unprofessional. My boyfriend left there with a churning stomach, so frustrated and upset. Id just like to say that if they ever expect people to get a car/truck from them, they better change their attitude and start making their customers feel welcome.

On 7/27/16 I got my car serviced. Michelle the service rep helped me out and provided exceptional customer service. She welcomed me with a beautiful welcome and she explained everything pertaining to my car service. She cared about my cars needs as well as keeping me sastisfied. The servicing took no more than 45 mins wait....plus there was bagels and coffee!! It doesnt get any better! Thank you TOYOTA!

Went in to test drive and lease a camry. Assigned sales rep helped in finalizing a car and went back and forth with his manager. Numbers worked out good for me, although their advertised numbers were not offered by them in-house sales. but they finally matched based on the advt. Went their again, within few days with a friend, based on my good experience, & finalize another car for her,with the same sales rep. This time, instead found same old dealer tactics of little push and credit card to even to work on numbers, Although friendly staff but had to walk out, as advertised price was never offered!!!!

Went to service my 2005 Prius with 194,000 miles. Service rep took my car in promptly, went over what the car needed with me in less than 10 minutes, and arranged a shuttle to take me home while they worked on the car. Had an inspection, change of spark plugs, and front brake job. Work was completed within 4 hours. Was notified promptly when the work was done and shuttle arranged to pick me up from my home again. Smooth, efficient, pleasant service experience this go round....

Since 1983 I have had a Camry in my family and I have purchased all of them at Huntington Toyota over the past 30 years. Last month the lease on my 2011 Camry was up. I was planning to get the new 2015 Camry but ended up with a 2014 Avalon. With a lot of help from my salesman, David Schweitzer and his Manager, Frank Fardette, I was able to get the Avalon XLE Touring model I wanted. David was able to locate the exact color that I wanted, and the optional service package was amazing! We all know that the last person you meet with before you drive off with your new car is the Business Manager. Miguel Marroquin was extremely professional and whipped me through all the paper-work in record time. David Schweitzer spent a lot of time explaining the amazing package of optional services when I picked up the car. His knowledge of the high-tech optional services was very, very helpful and his follow-up phone call was appreciated. I cant say enough about the Huntington Toyota dealership.

I had my Camry serviced by Huntington Toyota and was met by staff who promptly took my car and ushered me in to speak with a customer svc person who did all I asked. I didnt want to wait and they got a driver to take me home in less than 3 minutes. I picked up my car at the agreed upon time and it was ready and I was in and out in minutes. Great Experience.

The dealership promptly sold me a used Corolla that needed the rotors cut and had an oil leak. The service people were skeptical of my mechanics evaluation but consented to most of the recommendations after I had my mechanic put green dye in the engine to prove the leak. I bought 2 used cars and was promised a second key for the one car and that they would look for the second key for the other vehicle. I never received return phone calls from Stephen Ramirez, the salesman or the management regarding the keys unless I became a pest. The customer service called and told me she would call back after the weekend and well it is Thursday and still no call. Do not buy a used car here unless you have your mechanic check it out first and you see the keys. A new key costs $350.00. I feel extremely let down by Toyota. Customer service is extremely important to a business and keeping promises is imperative to trust. This dealership has failed on both counts.

When an inquiry is made over the internet on the availability of an automobile & you show up 2 1/2 hours and are told the car has already been sold you know just what kind of dealership you are dealing with. If they are going to lie about inventory & actually ask you to leave a deposit on the vehicle that they know they do not even have, how can you trust them with purchasing a vehicle. Steer clear. Total bait & switch tactic.

A+ Experience at Huntington Toyota I would not consider going to any other dealership than Huntington Toyota since my purchase of my second Prius in 2009 . At that time I found the salesperson to be friendly, helpful, and personable. The dealership itself is efficient and comfortable. In the past five years I have been thoroughly delighted with the nearby service facility, and I have never had anything other than a stellar experience there. So, when I decided to purchase my third Prius, I was straight to Huntington Toyota, and had the good fortune to be introduced to Benjie Coopersmith. He took care to get a complete sense of what I was looking for and presented me with several different options. I am not a decisive person, and his patience in explaining and re-explaining the pros and cons of various vehicles and purchasing schemes was astonishing. Benjie guided me carefully through the purchase process and seemed as excited as I was with my new car. He is friendly and sincerely interested in my needs. When I was ready to take the car, Benjie spent so much time with me to go over its features and to set up several of the systems. He is not only a salesperson but a teacher. He even suggested that I come back to get his help whenever I needed it to better familiarize myself with my new Priuss features. I consider it my good fortune to have Huntington Toyota as my dealership and Benjie Coopersmith as my friend and salesman.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE at Huntington Toyota Scion My salesperson was Ali Usman. I cant say enough about the overall positive experience I had with Ali. He was so personable that it felt like I was shopping with a friend rather than speaking to a sales person. From my first phone call to Toyota of Huntington regarding an online special I had seen, Ali was knowledgeable & genuinely helpful and his diligent follow ups ultimately brought me in. After visiting a few dealerships that pulled the online bait & switch I was nervous walking in but Ali was so friendly and made everything so stress free.The cars I had seen online were not only there but he immediately showed them to me & allowed me to take my time & didnt try to steer me in any direction. I didnt feel pressured at all. I had an equally positive experience with the finance person, Michael, who made things so easy, he made me question every experience I had with dealer finance persons before him in this, my first experience financing a car. I would recommend Ali to any of my friends & family. I know I would be putting them in good hands. He has instilled in me a great loyalty to the Toyota brand because of his overall great energy & overall professionalism.
"Venza Service - Remote Battery Replacement"
Ive had 4 different Toyotas driven by various family members. The service is always excellent and I am quite pleased with the service. When there is a problem, it is usually addressed VERY quickly. I am fortunate to have this place close to home. Last service, I asked them to look at my remotes. Usually they would look at them and replace batteries in my previous cars. This time for my Venza, they charged my over $45 dollars. Now granted there was probably a courtesy before and I may be wrong but next time, I should definitely ask. Also this was the 1st time my car was ever serviced on a weekend with an advisor I never used before. Overall I find the service great.

My experience at Huntington Toyota was a pleasurable experience, mostly due to David Schweitzer. David is very knowledgeable about all the cars his dealership offers. As most who have shopped for cars could agree, many of the sales people are pushy, inpatient and just plain intrusive, you will NOT get this behavior from David or anyone else at Huntington Toyota. Most importantly, David truly listens to what you want and tries to find the best match for you, he isnt trying to push a car that doesnt fit within your needs just because that car will yield him the greatest profit. Furthermore, the dealership is very accommodating and much of the staff stayed later than the posted hours just so I would be able to receive the car that same day, David even took the time to deliver the car to me hours after his shift at the dealer had ended. Its also noteworthy to add, the dealership offers complementary refreshments and some excellent cookies if you have a sweet tooth. All in all, it was a great experience and it makes driving the car that much enjoyable. Thank you David and Huntington Toyota.

Maintenance Service I had a really great experience with service writer Stephen Garguilo when he was a service writer. Now on this visit I found out that they have promoted him to Service Manager which he well deserved. Many times I came in without an appointment to have my oil changed and he made room for me and my car was serviced within the hour. If I had any problems they were promptly taken care of. Now that we have Stephen as the Service Manager I am sure I will never have any problems with my service. I recommend this dealer ship very much as all the members of the staff are wonderful to deal with. This is the most friendly dealership that I have ever had the opportunity to deal with. I had been looking to purchase a new Toyota Corolla, and after having a less-than-favorable experience at a different dealership, I came to Huntington Toyota. I walked in knowing what car, what features, and what price I wanted to pay and Phil was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain the advantages of leasing a vehicle in a low-pressure way that did not make me feel like he was selling the option, merely offering an option I hadnt considered. While Phil could not reach my target price, he was willing to split the difference in a way I found satisfactory. Rosa was very friendly and very thorough in her explanations of all the benefits and warranties available to me at the time of purchase and also let me know the window in which I could change my mind on any benefit packages. After calling in the model and color I wanted from a nearby partner dealership, I was able to walk out of the store with my new car that same day.

I recently had to purchase a new car because my old car broke down. My father and I went to Smithtown Scion because I was interested in the Scion FRS. However, they did not let me test drive the car. Therefore, we went to this dealership (closer to home) and they let me test drive the car. They only had one FRS in stock and it was in the show room. David, along with other associates, took the car out of the show room to let me experience the drive. I immediately fell in the love with the car. I needed a car immediately - the same day. The one that I wanted was not available at that dealership but David worked hard to locate the car that I wanted and get it to me on the same day. He was able to accomplish that. Overall, I am very satisfied with the transaction. My father is as well.

I am a Yonkers resident. I traveled to Huntington Toyota 3 years ago because I could not get a good deal in Westchester. I leased a 2011 Highlander and from that great experience I have never look at another dealership the same. I was treated with so much respect and at the highest level. Joe & Rosa and Manager Chris were my first excellent experience at Toyota and i came away with three new friends. Recently I return to Toyota to service the Highlander, met David Moon and now I m driving a 2013 Toyota Camry. My experience with David was unbelievably awesome. I never like haggling and David found away for everyone to walk away winners! He was very knowledgeable in every way possible. He was very courteous and compassionate to my needs.
