I came into have my 2013 Prius (Leased ) Serviced. I Met Michael Canale when I drove car into the service area. "he was quite cordial and concern about the purpose of my visit. He advise me this would be my last extended service on the car and to have the car inspected, since it was due in December 2015. I was some what hesitate and then I agreed to have the inspection done on the car. I also asked him to check the tire balance. When the car was completed Michael came back to customer area and spoke to me . He informed me the work was completed and front end need to be balance and the cost. He wanted me to it done on today 11/16/15, I told him I would have it done middle of December. Then he wanted to know why, but I reiterated when I would have it done.. I felt he should have not continue to question me why I had to wait. If I had followed my mine I would not had the car inspected done on this day.

I was hesitant to renew my lease with Atlantic Toyota after my first experience, which wasnt pleasant, with the Toyota Sales and Finance team when I entered into my lease almost three years ago. Fast forward to now, my original sales rep was no longer there but Lianne called and wanted to schedule an appointment to come since my lease was almost due. I wasnt going to go but decided to meet and was very happy that I did. Lianne was upfront, not "pushy", heard my concerns and worked with me on the price for my new lease. She was polite with her follow-up call, thanked me for keeping my appointment, etc. Ian in Finance worked with me and was very polite in my dealings with him, and explained in detail anything that I didnt fully understand. Both Lianne and Ian have great personalities and were wonderful to work with. The entire process was smooth and within 24 hours, I was in my new vehicle. The both of them were great to work with so Im glad that I stayed with Toyota.

I dont have words to describe the service @ Atlantic Toyota. I went to this dealership because I wasnt getting the service I needed from Smith Town Toyota who I purchased a new car from 3.5 year ago. I was lucky enough to speak to Shermica Malcom (Who I have to say is the reason I initially stayed) She was so service driven, when I told her my issues @ Smith Town I will never forget her response... "You are not leaving here without a vehicle, we will make sure all your needs are addressed". She even stayed pass her shift to make sure all was addressed. I also met the 2nd team member that did the leg work in the entire process, her name was Claudia Cruz, she took me on the test drive, she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and even contacted me after to make sure I was still happy with the car (which I still am!!) - I cannot thank Shermica and Claudia enough.
