I have purchased several other cars on LI since moving here in 1976, and my first-time experience at Westbury Jeep was the best. The service staff are very friendly and accommodating. My salesman Ed Hyne was the best. Ed is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did not make the experience negative in any way. I understood everything we talked about and he didnt make me feel rushed as if he couldnt wait to get to the next customer. The Business Manager, Mike, was a pleasure to work with also. I really got the impression he knows his stuff too. All in all, I am so glad I came all the way from Middle Island to Westbury Jeep to find my new car. Having been the third dealership that I had been too in 3 days i did not expect the treatment that I would receive upon entering the facility. With in a second, an employees had called for someone to help me and had offered me something to drink or eat. I was then met by my sales person and finance manager who immediately began working on my requests. With in 2 minutes we were outside looking at some options within my budge and wants. They did not waste my time by showing me options that I did not want or could not afford. Once we found the cart hat was right for me. We outlined a budget that we could not go over and both Eugene and Jim where amazing in making that budget work. I have never experienced this level of expertise in a large dealership. The employees here all go out of there way to make you feel special. I am so happy with my interactions here I will be coming back to buy a second car in the future. Worked with Eddie H. On the purchase of a gently used 200s with all the options you could ask for. Eddie has a high knowledge and I left with a great car at a great price. Wait to speak with finance on a busy days was longer than I would have liked but I understand it can happen. Was so happy with my purchase brought a family member down the next day but a less than fair trade in offer killed that potential deal.

I find the entire staff very friendly and helpful from the sales staff to the mangers, business mangers and the service staff. This is my second car from Westbury jeep and the service is outstanding. The Sales teams are not pushy or try to sell you something you dont want. Brain Thomas helped me this time and listened to what I wanted in my new car and my preferred color. He searched their inventory and found just the car I was looking for with just what I requested nothing extra. During the entire process Brain did not try to sell me other features. He was kind enough to explain some other options but did not push. The Sales Manager Wayne also came over and introduced himself but here again he was not pushy and stated he just wanted to say Hi. The experience at Westbury Jeep is like none I have ever had before. At other dealers I have visited the try to push you into a sale and extra options and then the sales Managers comes over to push you to but right then. None of this happens at Westbury Jeep. As I mentioned this is my second experience buying from Westbury Jeep and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a car or SUV to go to Westbury Jeep as you will get what you want with no pressure and have a great experience from the time you walk in the door until drive out with your new car.

I want to send kudos to my Westbury Jeep Salesman Anthony Dinelaris, Sr. I went in there to trade in my 2012 Dodge Challenger and I was looking for a pre certified Jeep Grand Cherokee. From the moment we met he made the process a seamless one. He was very polite and not a pushy salesman. When you’re making a purchase like this the last thing you need is someone pushing a vehicle you aren’t 100% interested in. After I narrowed my choices down to two, Anthony immediately got me the keys and we went out for a long test drive on both of them. When we returned there was CarFax and other documents ready for me to review so I could make a sound decision. We negotiated a price for the Jeep and my trade in that was in my opinion a fair one. They were flexible with my pick up date and Anthony always returned the several calls I left immediately. What’s funny if he called me two hours later he apologized, although not necessary, I felt it was great customer service. This is the second experience I’ve had with Westbury Jeep and I would never purchase a car from another Jeep dealer. They are definitely the best in the area and I thank you Anthony and the rest of the crew for all you did.

I contacted this dealership because I was interested in a truck they listed online. But the problem I had was the fact the truck they were selling was a high end truck but had generic stock photos. I just think its poor or lazy business to put stock photos online for anything your selling. Especially a $70,000. Truck.

Ive heard so many good things about this location and had to see it for myself. It was time to buy a new truck and I was ready to see what they had to offer. We were in the market for another vehicle as our current one had packed up suddenly. Stopped three times on the final trip due to what we later found was a knocked engine. So began our search and endless days driving from dealer to dealer, and nights on the internet for the perfect replacement vehicle for our price range. We got to Westbury Jeep around 12:30pm on a Saturday after already visiting two other dealerships that morning. Hasan Barakat, our salesperson was extremely up to the challenge. He found us the perfect vehicle and with a deal we couldnt refuse. He went back to his manager for the necessary approvals for concessions that were beyond him. He also told us about the VIP package, which seems on paper to be a good deal. We havent used that yet, but will post a review of our experience when we do. Having visited several dealerships already, we knew we were getting a decent deal on the car and made a deposit right away. We picked up the car on Monday and we are very happy. Would definitely do business with Hasan and the dealership again.
