I have purchased my last three cars via the internet because the price was always better and I hated dealing with the dealership drama. The team of Al, Carlos and Rob at BMW of Freeport changed all of that for my yesterday. We brought home a mint 6 series and the dealership experience was a 10 out 10. I kept waiting for the surprise to happen or for something to go wrong and it never did. I want to give a special call out to Rob, the Finance manager. I thought I was going to get the hard sell on a bunch of things that I didnt need and he was just the opposite. He took the time to explain everything to me and worked up fair pricing for the options that I wanted to take with my car. He was really a pleasure to deal with and a great guy! It is really refreshing to deal with honest, ethical and genuinely caring people at a dealership. I cant say enough about these guys. When we bought our convertible from this dealership it was great and Frank was great, however the service department is awful. Brought the car in May 30, 2017 due to a few issues. When they were finished I get in the car and there is grease all over my door and seat. (Interior is light beige). Had to track someone down to clean it. I was told also they would send me the paperwork on services done which I never received even after calling to see why I never received it. Now a few weeks later same issues are happening so made another reservation to bring car in but no loaners are avail until early July so they said they would bring me home. I had 8:40 appointment and had to wait a while to get a ride back to my home. Hopefully this time they get it fixed because its frustrating to keep bring this car back for same issues. I told them to let whoever is working on the car to not smudge the inside with Grease.

The reason why I am giving a such a high rating goes because it goes back to 2009/2010 from my last deployment OEF Afghanistan if I could make it back safe I was going to get my dream car( BMW750). I started this process with Alvin Peters and he assisted me every step of the way. I did not think it would happen so easily to jump into one of BMW TOP LINE premier cars but Alvin Peters explain to me that it could happen. Since then I am now on my fourth vehicle I am on my way back from Korea and looking to forward to receiving the same results and service as usual

JACQUELINE is the best!!! Honestly this was one of the most pleasant "big ticket" experiences we have ever had. We are so happy with our car. The entire dealership over at Freeport is just wonderful. I visited 4 dealerships (i do my homework) and Jacqueline and Freeport BMW beat them all by miles. Joe, the sales manager was very helpful as well. One of the most important decisions you can make is buying a car is WHO you buy it from. There are alot of details and follow thru that are bundled into this transaction and every single interaction with these guys was just wonderful, Jacquline called us on her days off to answer questions, our car arrived in less than 2 weeks from the factory and they did a wonderful job setting us up with all the features on how to customize our new BMW

The first time I visited BMW - Carlos approached, introduced himself and was genuinely interested in hearing what I was looking for - as opposed to the salespersons who simply want to match you with whatever they are trying to sell. I knew this was someone I could be comfortable working with - boy, was I right! He didnt try to sell me a car - instead, he listened to what I was looking for; he didnt push me to spend more - instead, he asked how much I was looking to spend; he didnt pick a car and pressure me to settle - instead, he told me to sit tight and he would find the car for me. He did - again and again. Once again, its time to trade up and I would not think of working with anyone else. Carlos has listened and assured me that he will find the car Im looking for and Im certain he will. Despite the fact that I live in Connecticut and the dealership was in New York, Nina made this a smooth and easy purchase. Nina explained all the ins and outs of an out of state sale and she took all the guess work out of the transaction which was very much appreciated. Nina also kept me in the loop every step of the way, going above and beyond with numerous phone calls and texts which made me feel great knowing things were progressing with the sale. BMW of Freeport helped me with financing even with my not so perfect credit history and gave me a more then fair deal on both my trade in and the car I purchased from them. Carlos (Ninas Manager) was also extremely pleasant to work with. Carlos and Nina both made a lasting impression on me and made my experience at BMW of Freeport extraordinary! Recently while talking to my mom Michelle Gold on the phone she happened to mention that her lease was coming to an end and she needed to go to the dealership. Although I knew she had been dealing with another BMW dealership for years, I recommended she try Freeport because my former coworker Felicia Moore works there, mom had previously met Felicia at a BBQ I was hosting at my home. Well mom got there and she was not disappointed she went simply to discuss her options but ended up leaving with a new car that same day!!! She couldnt stop raving about Freeport BMW, from Felicia to the Starbucks coffee machine and snacks she had a wonderful experience, my dad loved the big screen tvs. We will absolutely recommend Freeport to all of our friends who drive BMWs and may be in the market.
