Hello World, I Just wanted to take this opportunity to share with you my car buying experience at Paragon Honda. I dealt with the most amazing sales Rep by the name of Allister Henry. He has to be the most honest (Go figure, coming from a car salesman right lol), straight forward, caring and certious sales rep I have ever done business with. He walked me through every detail of the car (2018 Honda Ridgeline), went over features, went through the paperwork thoroughly and answered a million of my questions with a smile on his face. Now I also got to the dealership late and I was the last customer in there. While other people had these awful miserable faces that I guess I was keeping then there long, Mr. Henry treated me like he would be there with me all night if he had to. This was a fantastic experience and his dedication to customer service was excellent. He has gained a life long customer in me. Allister Henry A++++++

Customer service is So far superior to any Ive seen. Speed of getting you in and doing the repair, they text as they are doing everything step by step. They come out to see if they can do anything while you wait. And of course the work is superior, The Service manager (Anthony Petitio) called me to make sure all was going good and had the Assistant Manager (Mike Difrancisca) also checked on my car and my well being! Fast quick and accurate, not hard to understand why this is my 5th Honda From Paragon!!

Shopped for a very new car. Great customer service. Landim Gonzalez was so attentive to what I was looking for. No pressure at all. I was able to take my time in deciding. The sales representative was a pleasure to deal with. There was no change in the price he quoted as in most dealerships. I did add the extra 3 year maintenance which brought the price up. In addition, due to my fair credit score they definitely work with me to get the car. Some snacks besides coffee/tea would be nice (chips, cookies,peppermints, etc.) nothing expensive.

Called Nairoby and made an appointment to see two Honda Civic 2014. When I went to the location, one of the car, someone already put a deposit and the other one was not available because it was at their repair shop facility. I felt uncomfortable and upset because I was told that both cars were available and I was going to see them that day of the appointment. I still feel very disappointed because they didnt act responsibly.

Erwin tried his very best to answer any questions that we had, but he didnt pressure us at all in our search for a car. Also, I like that the cars are always clean, you would be surprised at how little detailing some dealerships perform on their vehicles. My mother and stepdaughter bought their cars from here, and they both got a good deal like I did.

Honestly, I wanna say it started out rough. I went there and the car I wanted to test drive was not available , although I was told it would be there. That being said. It was smooth sailing from that min forward, for in the next coming days , my sales Rep Shafi went above and beyond to get me the deal I wanted for the car I wanted. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. Ask for Shafi. What turned out as a disappointing beginning, ended up being well worth the hassle. Shafi also threw in some free goodies

I loved how helpful everyone was from the moment I walked into Paragon. Both Brenda and Rajat were an enormous help for me in picking the perfect car for me and explaining each and every aspect of the vehicle in detail. I was immediately put at ease with the quality service I was receiving. Brenda was fantastic explaining all of my options and I could tell she really wanted to help me. Rajat contributed a lot to my experience and I think he was absolutely vital to me purchasing the vehicle; he put me at ease with his calm and knowledgable demeanor. I had a great time and would absolutely come back and recommend Paragon to all my friends and family. Many kudos to Brenda and Rajat.

Brian Benstock has a staff that is AWESOME (so is Brian). Ariel the sales Manager will try everything to make it work, Mariano is the salesmans salesman! They all make you feel at home and cant do enough for you, they treat you like the"good family" trust me I know this as its my 6th Honda and 3rd CRV all from Paragon, Also Anthony Petito the Service Manger you know your in good hands!! I wouldnt ever go to another dealership because of the respect, warmth, good will and level of satisfaction I get from them from buying to service no one will treat you like they do! oh also Rachel & Nicole delivery managers who show you what the car does and how to do it are fabulous! they know every trick in the book and you have to laugh with them as they train you! and Brian, Arial, Mariano, Anthony, Rachel & Nicole Thanx again and see you for MY NEXT HONDA!!

Had a very bad experience with the dealership. I asked them to hold the car for me for a day and I would come up the following day to buy it but of course the car sold. Very disappointed with the whole process. I dont suggest going.

I purchased a CPO Odyssey and dealt mainly with Carlos Jaramillo. Paragon had an excellent price for the vehicle that we wanted and I flew from California to purchase it. Carlos and his team made sure that I knew about all the small imperfections before flying out so that there wouldnt be any surprises when I arrived.
