Ralph Dragon had helped me find the perfect car, and I could not be anymore please. He was so friendly from the moment he stepped outside and greeted my family and I. I highly recommend others to see Ralph due to his great personality and determination, I felt comfortable knowing he cared about me getting the right car even if I didnt get one (but I did) thanks again for my Accord!!!
"Day Wasted"
Usually I don`t write reviews but today I have to. So this is my experience of dealing with DCH Paramus Honda. First, they have 2 different dealerships one for new vehicles and another one for used vehicles. I went with a used 2010 Toyota Prius, so they send me over to the second dealership. After about 2,5 drive from New-York we came to see my car of choice. They scanned my driver license and let us do the test drive. Right of the bet, when I lunched the ignition the car was shaking and the motor started to give some strange noises. We restarted the car for couple of times and it was giving same signals. I said lets take a quick test drive, but still after a turn from the lot the car made such a noise that it was scary to take it off on the highway. We left.. The bottom line: we drove 5 hours, basically the day was wasted, youngest guy out there said "We are sorry", we left. Such a disappointment.

DCH states on their website that bad credit is not a problem.So I traveled an hour driving there to look at a used car.What they DONT tell you is if you dont have a hefty downpayment,and a trade without any negative equity,you are out of luck.Wasted a few hours of my life here I would love to have back

Competent staff. They have troubleshooted and repaired a couple of tough to diagnose problems on my old CR-V. We now own 2 Hondas and they service them both.

I had a 7:30 am appointment for an oil change. I called at 11:30 am to see if my car was ready which it was not. It was ready at 12:30. I hope it wouldnt take that long for an oil change if I was waiting at the dealer for it. Luckily I dropped it off the night before. My service rep was great ...
