I originally bought a car from Jeremy a few years back where he told me the disposition fee would be waived if I bought another car. So this year my lease was coming up and I started working with Mike because Jeremy moved to Finance manager and after an unnecessarily long wait period of hearing the car should be hear tomorrow almost everyday for a month finally it showed up. I should have taken it as a sign to go with another option but I said I would take the car and thats what I did. I met with Jeremy and went over all that other nonsense and I was told everything was done. I called Chrysler capital a few days later to make sure the car was received and everything was done or so I thought. About a week or 2 after I got a bill for $400 for a disposition fee. I called corporate thinking maybe they just werent aware I got a new car so it will be removed because Jeremy used a different bank this time. After getting the run around they advised me it would only be waived if I got another car through Chrysler financial and to talk to the dealer. I called Mike and advised him the scenario he said he completely understands and would have a talk with Jeremy to see what they could do. I never got a call back, so I called Jeremy and he said mike never mentioned a word to him. Jeremy acknowledged I should have been advised of the stipulation that it had to be with the same bank but could not waive it. So it wasnt fully disclosed on the last vehicle or this one which means I will be paying for this twice, which may not be a lot compared to the cost of the car but it did weigh on my decision to stay with dodge and how much I would have put down. I even had a sales manager chris call me to find out what the issue was and say hed call me back and never did. I see no reason to stay with them as I have had to spend literally hours on the phone and visiting to get nowhere after they acknowledged they dropped the ball.

Hi everyone. Im not usually rating or give my feedmack but for the very first time I would like to rate and review the Rockland Dodge dealer since I feel that its not fair other people should experiance the same as I had. The story goes like this, I walked in to the building and got a very nice welcome for the receptionist at the door I told her that Im here to have a inside look over a particular vehicle Im interested to purchase so should me that she is glad to get me a sales manumbers to help me and at the mean time I can have a look at the vehicle, I ended up waicing for the sales man almost a half hour and when he showd up he didnt even say hi I asked him a few questions and I got a yes or a no for my question nothing more, so I asked for some explanations for specific features and the answer was that all I see that what it is, the vehicle I saw was a 7 pessanger when I asked him to see the 8 pessanger he responded with a happy no when I asked him why he told me because Im not sure if Im taking the car by them, so went out and while i was looking at the door for a address so I can call to Dodge costumer service and report that the manager came out and was very rude to me so when i told what Im doing he started begging me that hell show me the vehicle but I told him Im frustrated for the experience and unfortunately he lost a costumer. If anyone had any similar experience please reply to this review since its.probably happening every day a few times if the suspect that you are not sure if you being the vehicle through them.

Unbelievably shocked. I called today on a Monday morning as a new potential customer to have a tire replaced. I had size, vin, make and model and should have had no problem having this done. I was told I should first find out if my policy has coverage to pay for the new tire, but I said I think I dont and I would like to have this service done as soon as possible. Now at that time they discouraged me from ordering the tire which I am ready to do 1,2,3, so I made a few attempts calling numbers to find if I bought coverage for this service. It has now passed the time which they can order me a tire for today so I will have to wait for tomorrow. I can not even speak to a representative because on the phone they dont want to fulfilll my request and service lady wont let me speak with parts department since I didnt come in, and now customer service online chat just literally closed the conversation on me in a rude manner by saying shes not familiar with the issue I am having. WOW!!! Can someone just help me get a new tire? How difficult can this be? disgraceful. I would have used them for the next 3 yrs until my lease is up for every service and maintenance needed. I have never been treated this way when requesting a service and offering full payment and being deterred one time after another. Thank YOU Guys. I will enjoy my evening taking off another day of work.

My husband and I have a great experience at the Jeep Chrysler Dodge dealership in Nanuet NY. Joe Prendergast was the salesman who assisted us in buying our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Liminted Edition vehicle and trade in our 01 BMW 3 series. He was sincere, accommodating and even fought on our behalf to receive a higher trade value on our BMW. There was no pressure at all and Joe made sure to go over emerging with us as far as the deal with the car as well as the features of the car. We had no complaints at are and are sincerely thankful Joe was our salesman. Not to forget we love our new car!

Where should I begin..... I bring my 2016 Jeep Cherokee for repair on 09/01/2016. Unfortunately, the damage happened when a coyote ran in front of my vehicle while driving home on the parkway. Very scary!!! I entrust my vehicle to get it repair at the same dealership where I purchased it. Not only was the job not done the first time correctly, or the second time. It took the third time around. A total of 2 months and 15 days to get my vehicle back fixed. Which could have been avoided if it had been done right the first time around. Yes, granted. I did get a loaner after the second time my vehicle wasnt fixed properly. The worst part of it all, the managers in the service department dont have the once of sympathy, concern, and no care of the situation. Talk about customer service. They were disorganized, discourteous, rude and simply disregarded everything I was put through. I sure would NEVER. And I mean, NEVER DO BUSINESS at this dealership again.

I brought my 2014 Jeep cherokee in @ 9am on 5/19/16 for a problem with the steering. Was informed the steering rack needed to be replaced but the part was on backorder (that tells me its a frequent problem and they cant keep up with the demand) My warranty covers 4 days of a car rental, a reasonable amount of time for a car repair. Unfortunately I had the rental for 10 days. I was told that this dealership had no loaner car, its a dealership, how can it NOT have a car!?!? I ended up paying $427.42 for a repair covered under the extended warranty I bought. The nicest term I can come up with for Angie is ineffective. The service manager, Sid, it a complete waste of oxygen. Take your car anyplace else for service. They DO NOT care about customer satisfaction at this place

We found a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country at Rockland on the internet . We live two and a half hours away and were able to complete the deal over the phone, including our trade in. We were given a great price for the Town and Country and our trade in. When we came to pick up the vehicle, all of the paperwork was ready to be signed. Excellent Service! I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I have brought my 2014 Jeep Compass in for service numerous times and have had nothing but ease. Both concerns were covered under basic warranty. Maintenance service goes as scheduled and the advisor has notified me of my vehicles condition and soon to be needed services. The parts department is always helpful asking about accessories and other Jeep items. I did not purchase this jeep at RCJD, however when walking through the showroom during service visits, salesman are always courteous and friendly.

I was always a Chevy girl until they decided to no longer offer a mid-size SUV. I had a wonderful and thrustworthy salesman at Chevy who I bought my last three trucks from. After lots of research I decided to check out the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. Needless to say I was a litte nervous going into a new dealership. I spoke with Barry briefly on Friday night and told him what truck I was interesting in and made an appointment to meet with him the following day. I met with him at 11:00 and was on my way by 12:30. He was very knowledgable of the Grand Cherokee and made the whole process painless. Jay in Finance was also wonderful to deal with. Never had such much fun signing papers. I am a former auto industry management employee, so I know the games most dealers play when somebody needs to buy a car. I searched for a New Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara at various dealers in the NY area but Rockland got my business for three reasons. The first was the Sales Consultant, Barry Rosenwasser. Barry listened to what I wanted, gave solid advice on options and worked the hardest to earn my business. Second reason was the price... they beat the other dealers easily. Third was the fact that they gave a fair value for my trade in when the other dealers played games that could have cost me $3k, Barry was direct, honest and hard working from start to finish and did a great job explaining operation of various features when I took delivery.
