This review was written by my husband on our behalf. I now want to update and supplement our initial thoughts since we are once more impressed with Mehdis care and superior customer service. In brief, due to a discussion we had with him during the course of completing the paper work for our purchase, we contracted to add a running board to our new car. This meant, of course, that we would need to bring the car in to your service department. Living in Queens and having the service department install these only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, made it difficult for us to bring the car in for servicing. (As you are aware, the installation of running boards may take 4 or 5 hours and we just could not afford to be without a car for this long.) Well, Mehdi kept in contact with us, calling to see how we liked the car and letting us know that at any time we could reach out to him for further assistance. When we advised him that we were finding it difficult to get the running boards installed because of distance and the fact that we could not be without a car, he, I believe, spoke with you about letting us borrow a car for a day while the service department installed our running boards. You approved this and last Thursday our running boards were installed! Kudos to Mehdi for his follow up and, I must add, to your service department, for they did an excellent job and, consistent with what appears to be your culture there, treated us with efficient professionalism. Our running boards are beautiful and just add an excellent aesthetic finishing touch to our car. Functionally, my 92 year old mother in law loves it because it greatly helps her get into and out of the car. Lastly, when we went to pick up our car on Friday, Mehdi took us out for a quick cup of coffee at a local French pastry shop to thank us for our business. We very much enjoyed the company, the cultural exchange, and walked away from the experience very much impressed with Mehdis professionalism, sensitivity and humanness, and loving the total experience with New Rochelle Honda where, it is obvious, customers are respected and valued. We thank you.

In 2015 I went to Honda of New Rochelle to lease a car. When I walked in, a young salesman by the name of Nathan Frost asked if I needed any assistance, which I did. I love that fact the he was not pushy or overbearing because that drives me insane. He was very accommodating to my needs and didnt try to over sell me. Nathan was able to get me in a car that I wanted & I drove out with my new car the next day. A year later I was coming out of my Acura lease that my 19 yr old daughter Jaime was using and once again Nathan worked his magic and she drove off in her brand new Accord Coupe which she LOVES!!! If you are looking for a car & you dont want to feel pressured then you need to go to Honda of New Rochelle and ask for Nathan Frost, you will not be disappointed. The staff if very friendly and helpful without being overwhelming!! My lease on my 2015 Civic is up next year and I will be sitting with Nathan again!!!

I have rated my experience at Honda of New Rochelle "Excellent" because of the respectful, sensitive, honest and caring treatment we received from Mr. Mehdi Hjiaj and our success at getting a great deal with out 2017 Pilot. I visited Honda of New Rochelle after they responded to a request I submitted on the Honda web site for information. It just happened that on that evening we had just returned from visiting Hillside Honda in Queens, which happens to be in our neighborhood, and where we had a negative experience. We spent about 30 minutes that evening at Hillside Honda and were totally ignored. Thus, we decided to leave and as we entered the door of our home, listened to a very friendly sounding message from Honda of New Rochelle inviting us to visit. Although a bit out of our way (about a 45 minute or so drive), my wife and I decided to check them out the very next day. So the next day we visited Honda of New Rochelle and, not expecting to make a long visit, brought along my 92 year old mom for the ride. Well, what a pleasant surprise! As we entered the establishment, we were immediately met by Mehdi who proceeded to ensure that we felt comfortable. He even personally found a comfortable seat for my mom and got her a cappuccino. Needless to say, this was a great contrast to our previous days experience. We continued the conversation with Mehdi and this led to a test drive, an extremely knowledgeable conversation about the 2017 Pilot, and eventually a wonderful deal! From my perspective , the "deal" evolved from the excellent customer service Mehdi delivered. I/we felt valued as he listened attentively to all of our questions and answered honestly, and as we shared and exchanged family information, a genuine warmth and friendship developed (One we expect to continue). If you are looking for outstanding customer service and a good deal, more bang for your money, then I strongly suggest that you visit Honda New Rochelle and let Mehdi Hjiaj help you. By the way, the new Honda Pilot is truly an excellent car. This is my third Pilot and the best: The new engine provides outstanding power ("pick up"), superior to the previous and older models. The windshield is outstanding! And the new updates with the electronic "gadgets" are terrific! My wife and I love our new Honda Pilot. I came in to get out of my lease as I was exceeding the monthly limit. I wanted to purchase a new CR-V because I have had very few problems with Hondas. I had bought a previous CR-V at the same dealership. I was very fortunate to choose Mehdi Hjiaj. He was patient, personable.and very knowledgeable. He told me what my options were. We went on a test drive. The car has a lot of new features and was roomy and comfortable. Next came the color choice. There too Mehdi was very patient as color is very important to me. Maybe the worst experience ever! 2013 Pilot with 35000mi. Purchased 9 months ago certified pre owned. As part of the deal they threw in 1 yr free scheduled maintenance. B16 light comes on dash, spoke to rep, scheduled appt for following week. I had an 8am appointment but when I called at 4pm, they had not yet looked at the car but assured me it wouldnt take long and they would get back to me. 10am the next morning - When I called, they still had not looked at the car and gave me the same, 1.5 - 2hours, they will call when its ready. 4pm - my service rep was on the other line but I was told she would get right back to me. 5pm - the person that answered the phone told me my car was ready. They changed the oil, fixed the wipers and changed the oil in the differential and it only took a day and a half (it would probably still be there if I hadnt called). They also told me I needed new back tires due cupping and wear. When I asked how that happened they told me incorrect tire inflation and lack of rotation (WRONG and not to mention the car was in 4mo prior for oil/service). I declined. I did take the car to a reputable tire store and they told me the tires were fine. When I called to make the appt. I also mentioned that there was a vibration at certain speeds and offered to take the mechanic for a ride to demonstrate. They declined, and said the differential oil would take care of it. It didnt do anything (and they went back to the tire cupping story) Lastly, they explained that the 1 year scheduled maintenance is really only oil changes. Never go back there again.

Honda was nice clean friendly and honest. We recommend friends and family. However when a customer has only a certain amount towards down payment make sure thats what the down payment amount. Not more.

Every single person I came across for the sale of my car was absolutely wonderful! Marcos, Peter and Evan were amazing.
