Jay Britt was my salesman. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was attentive, very personable, returned my calls immediately and answered all my questions. I test drove my vehicle on Saturday and picked it up the following Friday. I got a great price on my vehicle--better than expected. The vehicle is a 2016 4Runner with only 7,400 miles. It was considered used nut it was in such excellent condition I considered it new. When I picked it up it was clean and all the little scratches I had issue with, Jay made sure they were taken care of. The dealership is a great dealership and everyone is great. Everyone is friendly and they all greet me with a smile whenever I come in -- and that is even after I had purchased and picked up my vehicle. Brian Santana and Akim are two other very good salesmen. Walter was pretty good and ease of scheduling an appointment is nice. They generally have monthly service coupons which can be helpful. But they dont really treat your car that well in the sense of no carwash or vacuum to make you feel like a valued customer or they want to help keep your car up. Estimates are astronomical and depending on who you work with they never let you know what is like essential vs could be done

I had a oil change light on my instrument panel came on. When I brought the car in the service guy (Wallace?) told me they would take care of that but I wasnt due for an oil but would do the 45 K check up and take care of the recall for the side panel airbag. He said if I wanted he would fix me up with a loan car at no cost so I wouldnt have to wait. I drove off in a Camry and came back that evening. Great service and very helpful!
