I came into White Plains Lincoln Auto Repair Service with my Lincoln Navigator, which was in pretty bad shape. The service representatives were honest with me. They explained to me that the repairs needed would be costly and provided me with several options, one being a Trade-in. I did decide to trade-in my Navigator. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate any Navigator Trade-ins. So, after 3 months of looking to trade-in my Navigator I decided to just Repair my Navi! I went back to the service department and began to re-a quaint the Auto Repair Reps with the condition of my Navigator but they remembered everything. My entire experience was distinctly noted in their computer. I was so relieved that I didn?t have to spend time refreshing their memory, so we were able to address the business at hand ?Repairing my Navi?. They performed a diagnostic and informed me on the work that needed to be done, the time it would take and the amount it would cost. Once I received my Navi it ran like a brand new car! I was extremely happy. I now have a new Auto Repair Service that I trust!!!
