This was a no pressure, no hard sell, no hassle sell. The emphasis was on finding out my needs and wants in a new car. The safety features of the Subaru was thoroughly presented in the show room and the test drive. I qualified for 0% interest on my Subaru Forrester making it more than affordable for me since Im retired, on a fixed income, and was forced to purchase a new vehicle after totaling out my old SUV. This is the first time in over 40 years of buying cars that I drove out of the dealership with a brand new SUV in one day. After one week of ownership, I am still completely satisfied with my purchase.

I went into Subaru of Clear Lake to get my first oil change and to fix an error that occurred where my hatch wasnt opening. The staff at Subaru worked well with me, kept me updated, and put me at ease when I started feeling stressed from not being able to get a hold of my partner who knew more information about the car and the power went out at the dealership. It was a nice wait and appreciated their charge station and snacks offered (though I do wish there were more protein based snacks instead of carb). :)

As always, it is easy to schedule a service appointment Subaru of Clear Lake. Excellent facility keeps you out of the rain and heat to start the process in a cooled, covered garage. The waiting room is comfortable, there are snacks and drinks available. No one bothers you while waiting even though it is part of the sales area. Items that need repair or maintenance are discussed and recorded when you arrive and each is addressed and resolved if possible in a short period of time. All of the employees are very friendly, have a vast knowledge of the vehicles and their operation and can answer questions with no difficulty. Subaru of Clear Lake is the best dealership and repair facility we have ever known and without a second thought we will never purchase any other vehicle in the future other than a Subaru!

I purchased a used vehicle from here. Overall, the car was great with the exception of an issue with the brake rotor. Unfortunately, I had to drive the car all the way back to the dealership to have it rectified which is over an hour drive for me. I was under the impression the 3000 mile warranty would have covered it which indicated I could take it to any dealership which was not the case here. Overall, everyone was great.
