What followed was a personable, attentive "no pressure" sales experience involving the car we were interested in. I traveled from Wisconsin to Rancho Cucamonga for business when I saw a Jeep Grand Cherokee at Kiro Cars. I stopped in and spoke to Nestor who was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles on the lot. I purchased the vehicle through Jimmy (the owner). He was thorough and made me feel comfortable throughout my buying experience. The staff was very helpful in finding a bank and finding a company to ship my new vehicle to Wisconsin. After I left California Jimmy had a worn section of the seat repaired. They got the vehicle turned over to the transport company and it was delivered. My title was mailed. All went well. I would do this again.

I recently was fortunate to stumble across the BEST car dealership by chance. I went to go smog my 05 Cadillac CTS, and my husband and kids were looking around at the cars that were on the car lot. Thankfully the gentleman who smogged our car intoduced us to a sales man. We were just looking,decided to take a test drive the 08 Lexus,and loved the car that we drove. There was absolutely NO pressure ,when it came to seeing if we actually wanted to purchase a car. That was a great feeling!! Weve been to other dealers who were aggressive. Everyone that we came in to contact at Kiro Cars was helpful, and polite. Our salesman Joseph worked hard to get us into the car we loved. I want to say a million thanks to him, the owner ( who took time to help us figure out how we would be able to get the car) , the finance person and the gentleman who works at the smog area, and everyone at Kiro Cars for their kindness. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with our purchase. We were able to trade our car for the new one! They have great cars and great service. Even after the sale, he is still there to help.
