My family and I consider ourselves super lucky that we found the car we were looking for over 2 months after hundreds of miles driving to various dealers either to find a piece of junk or that the car was no longer available when we got there, We found a nice looking low mileage 2004 BMW X5 4.4i online and though Laguna Motors is 1 hour 20 minutes away we took the chance to go see it after reading the ratings of this dealership, We were not disappointed. Both Terry and Darshan were superbly accommodating, friendly, courteous, honest and straightforward, Our buying experience was a real pleasure though we never got lollipops (which we kidded them about having for their customers) The car is gorgeous, well maintained, clean and detailed before we got there to look at it compared to the dusty, smelly junk we drove for hours before to look at for over 2 months. The price was superbly reasonable and our paperwork was managed quickly and efficiently by both Darshan and Terry working together. No gimmicks, no time wasting at this dealership. We are very happy with our purchase. Thanks Terry. Thanks Darshan. We highly recommend your dealership to anyone shopping for a decent car. PS: if ratings were higher than 5 stars you got 10 plus!

I was pleased with how easy it was for me to buy a car from PCH! They knew I wanted to be "in and out" and they had all of the paperwork ready, the car out front waiting for me, everything! The only reason I gave 4 stars for facilities was the lack of signage big enough to see from Harbor Blvd. My Uber driver and I drove past the place twice, but once I arrived, everything went extremely smooth. I was listened to and did not feel any pressure to buy, whatsoever, but since I fell in love with my Kia I purchased on the spot! I will go back when when my oldest son graduates college. The buying experience was very easy and there was none of that dealership nonsense that nobody enjoys. Ryan and Terry are very honest and transparent, straightforward, friendly, and didnt pressure us at all. The car was also very clean! The only hiccup we had was that the printer ran out of ink while printing the contracts, but that was fixed very quickly (: we will definitely recommend to friends!!

We bought a toyota rav 4 from them in August 2014. The best small dealership I have every dealt with. Once we got home, a couple days later, we noticed the interior lights were out. The owner, DeShaun (not sure of the spelling) went out of his way to make sure this was taken care of. They totally handled it, even though we had bought a used car. The best place ever! Terry, the manager, got us out of there within 2 hours! He is honest and very upfront with everything from the car to the paperwork! We are so happy with our toyota. We will buy from them again! "A Great Experience From End-to-end"
We found a car online that made it worth the hour drive just to take a look. My first experience was the phone call to make sure the car was on the lot. I had prepared myself for the usual bluster (we have other great cars, please give me your email address, please give me your phone number, etc.) and it never came. All of the cars on the lot were great and appeared to be offered at fair prices. They obviously choose their cars very carefully and keep them in immaculate condition. After a quick test drive, we started the transaction. In the amount of time it took to get a cup of coffee down the street, Terry prepared all of the paperwork. It took all of five minutes to sign everything. There was no painful back-and-forth. He handed me a very professional brochure on 3rd party warranties without pushing them on me. And that was it. The owner was there as well. They both could not have been more kind and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience. One of a kind as far as car-buying goes. Id go back without hesitation.

"Get What You Pay For"
Cars a bit over priced but overall the experience was pleasant. Very impressed with how fast they got me in and out with no games. No back and forth on the price. Be warned they are firm and act like youre stupid for even asking for a discount which is sort of annoying but I digress. On that note...the Toyota Matrix I purchased from them was in superb condition. You can tell they put time into their vehicles. So if you are in the market for a used car and dont mind paying a premium for a high quality pre owned car then these are your guys. DO NOT GO THERE for a bargain or expect to get 2 grand knocked off the sticker. Trust me I tried. I tried to play the game, they let me walk, and I came back after finding nothing but garbage everywhere else.

"High Priced But Worth It..."
Bought an Audi from them a couple months ago. Pretty easy experience with no issues. Car was shipped from California to me and Darshan kept me in the loop the entire time. Darshan is the finance guy I think and Terry (or Jerry) is the sales manager. They were very fair and to the point. I would give 5 stars but they didnt move hardly at all on the price. Their inventory is priced high BUT I will say I had NO issues with my car and it was very, very clean for being 9 years old. The car looked almost brand new. I have bought various used cars in my life and this one was by far and above the cleanest one so I guess I got what I paid for. The car rolled off the truck and I had to do nothing other than run it through a quick wash to get little dust off. I took it to my mechanic to have it onced over and he reported no issues. New fluids, spark plugs, filters, and everything else. Wish they were a little looser on prices (or at least a little nicer about it) but outside of that the process was top notch. I will definitely buy my next one here.
