"Ran Credit Through At Least 8 Credit Unions"
I had put an earlier review on their facebook page, giving them a 5 star. Little did I know, they ran my credit through multiple credit unions, after I SPECIFICALLY SAID ONLY RUN THROUGH MY BANK BECAUSE I ALREADY GOT APPROVED FOR A LOAN. Almost 2 months later Im still receiving denies in the mail from all different credit unions. Im very irritated, considering they did not tell me they were running my credit through all different unions, after I said only my bank.

If I were to recommend a place for bad credit or good go to Matt pina at the Nashua Used car superstore hell help you out! Although it takes time! Its totally worth the wait to get into a car! Dionne was outstanding as was the rest of the staff throughout the experience. stopped by after seeing car listed on line that I was interested in. Was on the lot less than a minute when Dionne happened by and saw we were interested in a particular car. Had keys in hand in less than two minutes and were taking a test drive. Made a decision to buy sometime before we hit the first traffic light. Started paperwork upon return to dealership, everything explained and expedited as much as can be. Dionne even had my phone programmed to the Bluetooth before we finished all the paperwork. No haggling, no hassles, no pressure. Second car a member of my family has purchased form Key (son bought one about two years ago). Cant picture doing it any other way at this point.

I was referred to the Superstore by a friend and wasnt let down. I had my heart set on a truck or SUV and walked away with a GREAT car! My credit is nonexistent because the last loan I needed was 15 years ago. Due to that, I only qualified for trucks with extremely high miles and years. From sitting with me and talking about vehicles, my wonderful sales lady suggested that I test drive a car that she thought I would like...and I LOVE it! I arrived in a truck with over 300,000 miles, more rust than metal and 20 years old. They took it for a trade in and I left in a fully loaded 1 year old car. All in all they have a great selection and a qualified, professional and friendly staff. I recommend Nashua Used Car Superstore to anyone looking for any vehicle. They will find the right vehicle for your credit and budget.

Did not enjoy my experience at all. Sales associate was one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Online pre info never got to dealer before I arrived. She never called to let me know either. Truck I was told was available had been sold prior to my arrival. She dismissed my limited time availabilty be comparing it to how hectic her own was Talked down to me & called me a good boy for filling out dealer forms properly. Insulting.

Nashua Used Car Superstore and Key Auto Group are great to work with! I purchased my first vehicle through them about a week ago. Gustavo and Austin were fantastic to work with, very kind, caring and accommodating. I never once felt any pressure to make a purchase unlike some other dealers I had stopped by. When signing papers for the financing Matt was extremely helpful, making sure I understood everything and answering all of my questions! They went the extra lengths to make sure I was able to get the best rates around. In addition, the dealership was very clean (always a plus!)

I bought a Mitsubishi eclipse from Ernesto, I had driven up to look at a different eclipse which had sold the day before. Ernesto looked online and found another one in Portsmouth, which he had brought to Nashua the next day for me to test drive. I bought the car and everyone involved was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. While we were there they actually bought my friends car from her which she was going to try and sell privately, it was a win win situation. I would recommend them to everyone which I have been doing anyway.

I went to Nashua Used Car Superstore looking to purchase a used SUV with lower miles and within my price range. I found the staff extremely friendly, without being pushy. They worked with my budget, showing me different options and eventually helping me get into the car I really wanted, but was concerned about price wise. I am very happy with the whole experience from the manager Steve Gagnon, to the sales associate Dionne Quintal and finally the finance guy Matt. They were all helpful, kept me on budget and in my dream SUV. I could not have asked for more! When I am ready for my next car, I will be back!
"Continued Great Service Even After The Sale"
So I bought a used 2012 Ford SUV from NUCS. Very clean, good shape, low low miles and still under manufactures warranty. The whole buying experience couldnt have been better. I found that I was having some troubles with the on-board navigation, media center and camera in the vehicle freezing up or just not working very intermittently. Being that it was under manufacturers warranty I took it to a local Ford dealership who determined the vehicle had been in a accident at one time and whoever repaired the computer system/camera(located in the rear of the car) had done a shotty job and they would not be able to cover it under warranty. Now, I knew this WAS NOT any fault of NUCS because during the sale they pulled up the vehicle history report, like any good dealership will do, and found that it had been in an accident but was classified from CARFAX as "Cosmetic only". The vehicle if I remember came from somewhere in the mid-eastern part of the country. For the heck of it I took it back to NUCS with the Ford dealerships diagnoses. The general manager Austin Adams took control of the situation, brought it to a different Ford dealership to have it looked at, confirmed the findings AND INSTEAD of just saying, "sorry, its not under warranty" went ABOVE AND BEYOND and repaired the vehicle FREE OF CHARGE! Ive NEVER in my life have had such a great experience dealing with a used card dealership. General Manager Austin Adams and the staff at Nashua Used Car Superstore are a diamond in the rough. Great business ethics all around. Cheers and thank you for continued great service.

Recently I was in a car accident with the end result of my car being totaled. Being on a strict budget I began the process of shopping for another vehicle. Although they didnt have anything on premises Joe Pelletier checked to see if they had something at their other dealer. to my amazement they found a 2011 Hyundai elanatra that we eventually purchased. Ive been searching for a couple of weeks for a new car, my was ready to be taken to the junkyard, and kept getting the round around from dealerships and then I went to Nashua Used Auto Superstore and got the BEST car buying experience in my life. I was helped my Joe Pelletier and I could not of asked for a better salesman. This guy was great he did everything in his power to make sure he could help me with the lowest rate and lowest payment and that he did. The whole overall experience was great I have never felt more comfortable at a car place then here. I can not thank Joe enough with how great he was with giving me the best customer experience I could get. I will be recommending here to all my friends and family!! "Bought Two Cars"
I waited several weeks after buying two cars at this dealer to review because I wanted to give them the chance to make good on all of their promises. Unfortunately, they have fallen short and after continually emailing them to make it right, I am forced to give them a review that reflects this. We went in on a Tuesday night and ended up choosing two cars to purchase from them. We put down a $500 deposit on each and made plans to return the next evening to purchase. I have to say that our salesman, Josh, couldnt have been more polite, helpful and overall a great salesguy. This review does not reflect the service we received from him in any way - he deserves five stars. When we came in the next night they had all the paperwork prepared for us to sign. After we were just about done signing I remembered the two $500 checks - they were not accounted for in the paperwork. Tyler assured us they were being held in the other facility and would not be cashed - he would return them to us. Imagine my surprise when I looked at my bank account and saw that they were in fact cashed the very day we were signing the papers! The manager agreed that he would get us our money back and for our troubles would get us one additional key for each vehicle at no cost to make up for the error. It has been almost one month since then and we do have our money back, but we have asked a number of times and have yet to receive our keys. It is very difficult to have just one key for each car, especially when two teens share one of them. We have been patient with them when they cashed our checks and gave them the benefit of the doubt until now. At this point, my only option is to give them a review that reflects the overall service we received.

I stopped in today just to look as Ive been dealing with an older vehicle that really just needed to go to that big scrap yard in the sky. Upon arrival I was greeted by Cindy Tallini. She kindly asked what brought me in and asked what I was in search of. We test drove a couple vehicles and I fell in love with the second one we tried out. Cindy was probably the friendliest, sweetest, most non-pressure sales associate ive ever met. I can honestly say im happy I brought my business to Cindy and the staff at Key auto group. It is so seldom to have a good experience, let alone a GREAT experience at a Car Dealer. I was more than impressed with the high-level of service that I received here at Key Auto, Nashua Used Car Superstore. My salesperson Matthew was more than I expected in terms of knowledge, great customer service, and it was a true pleasure working with him on the sale of my car.
