Scarsdale Ford service has always been reasonably prompt, and at good cost. It is best to schedule service when possible in advance, which can be done by phone or through the dealership website.

I had an appointment to fix two recalls. (2011 Mustang Coupe) 15V-319--16B23--Replace Throttle Body--Driver Side airbag inflator. They replaced the Throttle Body but didnt have the parts to replace the air bag inflator. When I asked the service manager about why make an appointment for me when they didnt have all the parts in stock he just shrugged his shoulders and said I would have to come back again. We had and some words and he said if I didnt like it go have my car serviced someplace else.

I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer Sport and I absolutely love the car! The car is awesome and so was the customer service i received at Scarsdale Ford. They were kind and helpful. They explained everything step by step and took their time with me. I never felt rushed throughout the entire process. They even took over an hour with with me after I purchased the vehicle and showed me how to use all its features. In the past, all the other dealers have pushed me out the door once they received their money. This was the best experience ive ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend Scarsdale Ford and will bring my family there for future purchases. And ask for sales consultant, Marysol Ruiz. She was great with is.

The service department at Scarsdale Ford is amazing! Each person I have dealt with is friendly, thoughtful and honest! I brought my car in for regular service and was concerned about a noise. I was expecting to get a call saying that I needed huge repairs for $$$$, as this was always my experience at other dealerships, and yet I left the dealership paying less than $45!! And the car is running great! Come to think of it, I have yet to spend more than $50 and I have had my Ford Fusion Hybrid for almost 2 years, servicing it exclusively at this dealership!

Took the vehicle in for an inspection. Power Steering leak was found. That was addressed in a timely manner. Returned because the car was leaking fluid. It was determined that there was a crack in the radiator. It was replaced and car was ready before the expected time. Car runs well now.

My experience at Scarsdale Ford was wonderful. The salesperson Scott Schiller was friendly and helpful. I leased a 2015 Ford Edge and got a great deal trading in my 2007 Honda CRV. Both Scott Schiller and Manager Kevin Bartolo made the process very easy.

It had been many years since we had purchased a car. After much research, we chose a Ford Taurus. My husband contacted Scarsdale Ford. We were lucky in that he ended up speaking to Scott Schiller. Mr. Schiller was aware that we had done our research. He was so helpful in giving us the information that we needed in order to make our final decision which included the trade-in of our old car. After we ordered the car, Mr. Schiller kept us informed of everything we needed to do along the way. We were so pleased with how Mr. Schiller handled everything, that when we came to pick up the new Taurus, we decided to trade-in our other old car and order a new Ford Fusion. Again we got a good number on our trade-in from Mr. Schiller and the Scarsdale Ford team. On both occasions, when we came to pick up the new cars, a lot of time was spent showing us the features on the cars. We were always made to feel that we could contact them at any time if we had questions. We have had questions and never felt like we were bothering them.
