I recently traded in my jeep and leased a MDX from them. Im beyond happy and satisfied with the service they provided me. Parm and Andrew were exceptional and very professional. They both were very patient and clear in explaining things to me, whether it was regarding paper work or explaining the features of the car. The whole process was quick and painless, and the final price was exactly as negotiated, no last minute surprises. I have found a very good price on cars.com and the representative contacted me back next day morning. But I was told that price is typo, I was so disappointed! Afterthat the representative nicely helped me looking around on web the vehicles which I might be interested. I was told that she will beat any price from other dealers because I was misleading the typo! I have to give big five for this representative how she nicely treat her customer. I think that I will buy a new vehicle from this dealer!

We recently bought a used Acura at curry. The dealership was under construction but was clean, comfortable and the service was very good. No pressure sales even through financing. The obligatory up selling for warranties but they took no for an answer. Car was cleaned up for us and ready to go right away.

I rated the customer service extremely high due to the one Sales Manager I dealt with by the name of Nick Mazzilli. Me being a first time buyer as I kept my previous car almost 2 decades and was nervous moving from a Lexus and the superior customer service to an Acura. Nick helped me navigate through my fears, and spent time answering my questions (and I ask a lot) with an even temper and a smile. That to me displayed that I wanted to come back to Curry Acura. The average rating for everything else was because Nicks customer service was far superior. Its a good place to buy a new/used car, the staff are friendly and welcoming and do not rush you. It is a bit smaller than some other car locations but I think thats what also makes it more intimate. Again, I do recommend making an appointment with Nick, hes honest, funny, warm, and really knows about his car. His follow-up has to be one of the best that I have seen in the customer service industry.

I own two Acuras from Curry (MDX and TLX). I have my vehicles serviced there all the time. They not only service the vehicles but do other maintenance as well such as fill windshield washer, replace my wipers, and clean my car. They are always reasonable with their prices and once the job is done, you have no worries. I was getting an oil change and they found a slow leak in my tire. They fixed it and did not charge me for it. I was pleasantly surprised and happy that they were looking out for me since I drive a lot. They saved me time and a headache. Chris and Diane in the service department are priceless and an asset to that dealership.

My wife and I were deciding between the RDX and a few competitors (Q5, X5, etc.). Once we stepped into the dealership and met Andrew, I had a feeling we were going to end up with Curry Acura... and boy was I right. What we expected to be 30 minutes (like other dealerships) turned into over an hour... Andrew took us out for a test drive, encouraging both me and my wife to experience driving the Acura and all of the ridiculous features that come in the base package of the car (unlike Audi where the base package came with very little). Afterwards, he sat down and walked through all of the leasing options. He did not just try to sell the car, he took the time to understand our needs (we just bought a home and are expecting a child), and he actually went to battle for us with Management to get us a deal that fit our budget and made us feel like "winners." The reality is, among the RDX, the Q5, and the X5, we felt the RDX was the smoothest ride, had the safest features, and was by far the best bang for your buck! An extra bonus was knowing we would always have Andrew and the team at the highly rated dealership to service us over the course of the lease (FREE CARWASHES WHENEVER WE WANT!). Shoutout to Parm in the Business Department, he made the signing process seamless. If you go to Curry Acura, ask for Andrew!

Leased a 2017 RDX and absolutely love it!!!! I have been driving Toyotas for the last 10 years and wanted a change. Brian Rattner was our sales person and he was absolutely amazing in every way. Very helpful and was able to answer every single question, he even informed me about other information that I was not aware of. The sales associate Sal Costello was extremely helpful and clearly and patiently answered all my questions. When I asked him about the airbag, he spoke with the appropriate person and reported that the car did not have a Takata airbag. The negotiation was painless (imagine). Before I started buying from Curry, I used to find purchasing a car to be stressful. Not anymore.
