"Great Service"

I went in very frustrated due to a bad experience at a private small sleazy shop. Alex made me feel comfortable and was an excellent staff member to work with. He reminded me of how my dad would treat others. The ease and no pressure buying here is the very reason why I bought this car from Aria. Because of Alex, I was comfortable enough to ask him a bunch of stupid questions, and he was extremely patient with me. Need I remind you that there was no pressure -- I mean NO pressure -- from him for me to buy a car throughout this whole process. When I said that I wanted an inspection, he only said, "Okay, where do you want us to drop the car?" Thats it. No harrumphing, no questions as to what Im looking for, nothing. I was shocked. When my mechanic found that one of the brakes were worn and needed to be replaced (2004 Nissan Altima) and I mentioned it to Alex, I expected him to act surprised and deny it...but he surprised me even further. "Okay, Ill call the mechanic tomorrow to replace it." And he replaced it the next day! When it came up to the contract signing, Alex made it even easier for me -- he explained exactly what each section was, and what would happen when I sign that line for each section. He didnt try to dumb it down but he was frank and forthcoming. All in all, Aria Auto Sales was a breath of fresh air compared to other used car lot that Ive been to -- I would definitely go back there again! Thanks Alex!
