"Better Than Honest Representation"

I recently purchased a 2003 BMW from AutoWorld. I purchased the car site unseen based on the representation made by Mostafa, the owner. I flew into LAX and was greeted and driven to the dealership via an associate of Mostafa, (which was much appreciated). The car was “better than” represented and in “perfect condition”. Mostafa had gone through the car in “detail” to make sure it was ready the road. Before I even inspected the car he had installed 4 new brakes, tires and balanced it so it was safe and ready for road. I left his lot and drove it 2,000 miles to our home in Washington State and the car performed perfectly. I have purchased 2 other cars via online, site unseen but none were represented as well as Mostafa and AutoWorld. If asked if I would buy another car from AutoWorld , “answer” in a heartbeat!

I noticed that all cars are just in amazing condition, and I fell in love with this GORGEOUS Mercedes Coupe and they said we will make it happen. I was looking to buy a Porsche Boxster and contacted several dealers, this one was different in their professional response from the beginning. Jaxson was so professional on the phone and Mostafa was phenomenal when he discussed payment and finance options. I have learned later that both have been the same business for a LONG time. They send me a driver to pick me up and they were very confident about the condition of the car that if I did not like it, they would give me a ride back home, no questions asked. They welcomed me in a Royal way when i arrived and the car was absolutely BRAND NEW. The paperwork process after that was nothing to do with a typical car buying process, friendly atmosphere with a lot of fun. Im originally from CA and know the value of these rust free CA cars. I wanted to buy a BMW for my Daughter and saw this one that looked really good and still priced very reasonably, I was a little skeptical at first since a lot of sellers greatly misrepresent their vehicles these days, but the level of professionalism in which my phone call was handled with really encouraged me to book the ticket. They promised me to hold the car without a deposit and picked me up at LAX airport although it was early in the day before their business hours. The car was in amazing shape and the people are absolutely professional. My wife and I went to look at a VW Beetle for our Daughter late night and it seems like we arrived after everybody at the dealership left except the owner and we have been absolutely blessed meeting this professional person. Unbelievable level of knowledge about cars especially VWs and amazing level of professionalism that would redefine the whole idea that people usually have about car salespeople and car dealers. They had few Beetles available in stock, all in like new condition with low miles. He showed us the whole process starting from how all buyers check the history of any car and inspect it before they decide to buy it then it still goes thru a process of independent inspection before they offer it for sale. He also gave us so much valuable information about future maintenance that would save a lot of money and keep the car always running in great shape. We picked a beautiful Beetle convertible with an amazing deal on an extended warranty for 5 years and its been now over 2 months and she just loves her car. We definitely know where we are going when we want to buy all our future cars and already talked to friends and family about this amazing Independent dealer who has integrity that makes many other way bigger dealers out of the competition and I thought that the least I would do is write these lines as a small token of appreciation to this great experience.

Nice professional people and they do follow thru their promises, and thats why we came back and bought a VW Passat for my other Daughter. Very reasonable deals and cars are in excellent shape.
