In looking for used cars for my daughter I came to Toro based on their reviews from other customers - and they did not disappoint!! I did a lot of research to get my daughter a safe, reliable car in her price range and Toros prices were spot on the expected asking price. No haggle needed. The car had an ABS light that kept coming on and we brought it back and Toro fixed it without hesitation or expense. Again, I did a lot of research, making sure the "fix" wasnt just them disabling the warning light, and the repairs they did were thorough and professional. I highly recommend Toro and wouldnt hesitate to go back to purchase our next used car.

I was looking for a used Jeep Cherokee and was getting the run around from the dealers I called and visited. Some of them had sold the vehicle but still were advertising it for sale on their website, and some vehicles were clearly not in the condition as advertised when I went to check it out...until I found Toro Auto. These brothers know how to run a great business. Heck, it was the first time a used car dealer EVER called ME back. Their customer service is excellent and surpassed my expectations. And if that was not impressive enough, the Jeep I bought was reasonably priced and I have not had one mechanical issue with it since I bought it. My son will be needing a newer used vehicle in the next couple of years and Toro Auto is going to be the first place we visit.

When I first walked in I was nervous that I wasnt going to get approved. I had been to several dealerships and each one didnt take me serious due to my low income. However, as soon as I stepped foot in this dealership I was immediately greeted by the guys there. They helped me to not only get approved but to get approved for the car I actually wanted. They were extremely helpful in the whole process and even stayed open 2 hours after closing to go through paper work. I purchased a 2003 Toyota Sequoia at a very reasonable price from Toro Auto Sales in East Windsor, CT. The staff were very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I test drove the vehicle on Wednesday, Yanal helped me get a loan, handled all the paperwork and I drove the vehicle off the lot on Friday. After getting the vehicle there were a few issues. The check engine light came on and it was difficult to diagnose. Toro Auto worked on the vehicle until they were able to identify and fix the problem. Now the vehicle runs great. I highly recommend Toro Auto Sales to anyone. They stand by their vehicles. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

Ok so I just purchased a Lexus IS 250 from here, from the minute I walked in I was well taken care of , yanel was awesome . I was not pressured at all. I went there with a few cars in mind . When I got there the Lexus I originally wanted was already sold, but I had the is 250 as a second in my mind from the get go. Yanel handed me the keys and let me test drive this car for as long as I wanted. As I always do I pre tripped the car in a public lot away from dealer. I was very satisfied with the car. This man worked numerous hours for me making sure all paper work was finished to a T! I explained to him that I live far away and work a hectic work schedule and I really wanted to take car home same day. He made an exception for me and worked his tail off to get me on the road. This is a comfortable environment, and a very honest place. I look forward to returning here down the road for my next vehicle. I arrived at Toro and asked them for a test drive. Very low pressure sales. They gave me the keys and told me to check it out. The inside of the truck was in great shape and very clean. Yanal helped get my truck financed at a great rate. Every person I met at Toro were friendly and willing to help me. My daughter will be looking for a car in about a year and the first place I am taking her too is Toro. I purchased my Nissan from Toro Auto last year and was very satisfied with the service they gave me so I continued to spread the word to others about the excellent service. My brother was in need of a specific car for his business and didnt want to buy a truck or another van, so he thought about buying a Ford Taurus wagon. He was looking at a few dealers before I mentioned go to Toro Auto. We talked on a Monday about a car, I contacted Addi about this vehicle even though he didnt have these cars on his lot. Addi explained he will find it for me by Wednesday. Wednesday he found only 1 of these vehicles at the auction that was in great condition, he confirmed with me if this 2002 Ford with 80,000 miles would be ok and I said yes. Right away my brother showed up took the car for a test drive and decided this was the car he needed. A few minor repairs needed to be done but the car was very clean, my brother purchased it with a 1 year warranty in the price range he was looking for. Amazing how he found this vehicle! And the car was ready by Friday! My brother is very happy and the car is running great. I will continue to refer family and friends to Toro Auto.

I was looking for a vehicle in December 2014 because my car was getting higher mileage for a domestic car and I was considering on purchasing a foreign car such as a Honda, Toyota, or Nissan. I discovered Toro Auto in East Windsor CT, they have a nice selection of foreign cars at an affordable price. I test drove 3 cars and decided to purchase the Nissan instead of the Honda or Toyota because it was in my price range and in great condition. I put some money down and financed the rest, they also placed a warranty on my car for 3 months from Diamond Warranty. Before I purchased this car I was concerned about the timing, I needed to have my car purchased and ready to go for the holiday because I was taking a trip to VA from CT a 6 to 8 hour drive. Before I purchased the car I took it to my mechanic to have it looked at before I take this long trip with a used car. There were a few minor repairs that needed to be done, Addi said they would take care of it. I had less than a week to have repairs, finance, and everything ready to go. I was amazed at how fast and efficient Addi was in helping me choose my car, get qualified with the financing, and repair the necessary auto repairs in such a short amount of time during the holiday. Needless to say I made it to VA and back without any glitches. I will continue to buy cars from Addi, thank you for helping me...

He was very patient with me as we filtered through which car might be best suited for me. Thankfully, he was able to obtain a great loan package for me with a very low rate. I was very happy with the outcome. In addition, he included a three months warranty free of charge; but the car seems great so far so Im not sure I will end up using it! My son-in-law saw the Honda Pilot so I went to look and test drive (being a total skeptic) expecting the "used car" reputation. I was pleasantly surprised.
