I recently leased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra from Prestige Hyundai of Kingston. This was my first experience with leasing a car and my first Hyundai. My sales representative, GinaMarie, was extremely knowledgeable concerning the entire product line. I had been putting off and even dreading the "old school sales approach" I had remembered from years ago. However, her professionalism made the entire process stress free and actually enjoyable. Not only would I recommend GinaMarie and Prestige, I already have.

Originally I went in looking for an SUV, however, at the time there werent any available that fit in my budget. I worked with Cassie and she respected my budget, which was so refreshing compared to other places. I was never shown something out of my budget and even though at the time there werent any SUVS that were within my limit Cassie stayed in touch with me and kept me updated and answered any and all of my questions. She responded faster than I thought a salesperson would and she was so sweet and personable! I had an overall great experience not only with Cassie but also Prestige. Gina Marie was a saving grace for me when I came in desperate for a newer car, the current one I was driving I hadnt even owned for over a year and put so much money into it I was devastated !she was so upbeat and happy and comforting and assured me that she would go above and beyond to make sure that I had a pleasant experience and that I got the perfect car for me :) and that is exactly what she did she took her time she personally texted me and kept in contact to let me know exactly what was going on, she showed me my options and what would be the best choice for me .it took two days thats it! now Im driving my new 2016 Hyundai Accent I feel so safe and secure and grateful that she took the time to help me and find such a perfect car .I recommend her for anyone who was in a situation like I was no one deserves to be taken advantage of by car salesman and Gina Marie definitely gave me hope that there are good people out there plan on coming back and sending all of my friends her way thanks again Gina Marie!

I was very lucky to have purchased a Tuscon from Gina Marie! She walked through the process with great care, and I had the car I wanted within 2 days. I was very much afraid of all the tech stuff, but Gina Marie was great at helping get through the basics ... and she has stressed that I should always come in if I need assistance. And trust me ... she is very knowledgable. I have only had the car for 2 days and Gina Marie has already helped with a few tech things that I could not figure out. Chris was great! I called and spoke to him over the phone and within 24 hours I had the car I wanted for a great price!!! He went about and beyond for me in the short window of time that I had! He was respectful of the fact that I couldnt talk in the phone that much.... So we texted out way through it. Lol! The delivery went well! I forgot the gentleman that was the F&I guy.... But he was also great! I also want to add that I asked for a car on the last day of the month.... Which if your in the business is the busiest day of the month. I really appreciate all that they did!

The Prestige dealership in Kingston NY seemed to be well organized and managed. I drove about 60 miles to look at a used 2013 4 Runner which was advertised at an attractive price. The sales person I spoke with was Cassandra and I asked her to look over the vehicle for nicks and scratches before I made the trip. She did and I set up an appointment to come down and look it over myself. When I arrived the car was already to the front of the lot all set for my test drive. Everything with the vehicle was as I expected it to be so I purchase it and made another appointment to pick it up. Again when I arrived to bring the 4Runner home it was parked to the front of the lot and all set to go. Financing at Prestige was as low as my best credit union price so I went with their bank, which again the finance manager had everything all set and it was a smooth transaction with no pressure for buying anything extra. Before I left to go home Cassandra sat in the car with my wife and I and when over all the vehicle features which were new to us. My car buying experience with Prestige was a five star and I am so happy I made the trip down.
