Hands down the best car buying experience with a dealer by light years. I snagged a new 2017 Silverado Midnight Edition thanks to my amazing salesman, Jim Lawson. Saying he went the extra mile would be an understatement. Dealing with my is not easy, and I am very picky. Id originally specced out a similar Midnight Edition online with the intention of ordering it. Bridgewater Chevy had one on their lot that blew away my expectations. Jim was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, spared no time in making sure I was familiar and comfortable with the creature comforts of the truck. Darren made the finance part an absolute breeze, and Chad was an all around awesome guy to meet. All around great dealership with some of the most amazing staff around. Keep in mind I had left a deposit on an SRT Grand Cherokee up the road but the inner genius in me told me to proceed to another dealership after already leaving a deposit on a car. (my car was 18 years old) Brian was very patient and answered all my questions (I actually asked him to measure the size of the door). No pressure. Very satisfied with ease of making an appointment for an oil change and spark plug replacement after 100,000 miles was reached. I was given an estimate of needed (but not required) repairs. Was advised I could wait on the additional items if I wanted to. Service manager, Carlos, was very polite and efficient. I was very comfortable dealing with him. He kept me informed of progress on my repairs and expected time of completion. He offered me a loaner car as my repairs would take 2 to 3 hours. I opted to wait. The waiting room was very comfortable and pleasant. Ample refreshments were provided.

Everything exceeded expectations. I was able to communicate online with the Shelly and Chad to negotiate what may and may not be possible for me to afford the Chevy Colorado. Once we had come to an agreement, I was able to work with Jay over the course of 3 days to work out and find the exact truck I was hoping to get. I did not go into this expecting to get the truck I did, but the end result allowed me to lease with the intention to finance out the truck that I have always hoped of getting for a few years now. Everyone was respectful, and did not harrass or push for their own agenda trying to sell a vehicle. I left with the best car that I have ever owned.

Victoria was wonderful and really listened to my needs for both a budget AND a vehicle. She took the time to sit with me while I made my decision and didnt pressure me to purchase a vehicle. My one issue, if you can even call it an issue, was that the car was not given to me with a full tank of gas when I received it (I went back and they filled the gas tank without ANY issue or hold up), but today (3 days after purchase) I realized the oil life is under 50%. I was the last one in the dealership on Monday and I left with the car well after closing, I am attributing these minor issues to the fact that it was a late night for all involved. Besides that very small blemish, my purchase at the dealership was smooth and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I would absolutely buy from Bridgewater Chevrolet, and Victoria, again.

Getting the job done is second ONLY to getting it done RIGHT. They have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure my vehicle is correctly diagnosed and repaired. All the while I am ensured that a Loaner car, that will meet my needs until my repairs are complete, is available and ready for me. I never leave feeling I have unanswered questions or that my business is not the most important thing on their agenda. I dropped off my vehicle overnight for an oil change it was done next day 2 hours before the time i needed it.The staff here is amazing especially the serice dept. Eveyone I met on that day was smiling, they were smiling on a Saturday. Nobody smiles in New Jersey during the work week and this was a Saturday. Bridgewater Chevy has true business integrity.
