I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Ron Bouchards Honda Store in Lancaster. I primarily dealt with Luke Kenefick who was professional, attentive, and willing. He was also very personable and always had a great attitude, characteristics I dont often see in car salesman. I had countless questions, concerns, and requested an array of different options and he never blinked an eye or made me feel undervalued as a young, new car owner. Even after my purchase, Luke reached out and continued to go above and beyond in order to make me comfortable with the sales process and my new purchase. The other staff I primarily interacted with (Travis McCarthy and Stacy Maillet) were also very helpful, thoughtful, and kind. I always felt as if I was truly valued and was never being taken advantage of. I purchased an Honda Civic this week from the Ron Bouchards Honda Store, I have purchased many cars in my lifetime though Dealerships, Private Sales and even Auctions and by far this has been my most pleasant purchasing experience. I contacted the Honda store to inquire about purchasing a new car and they put me in contact with Luke Kenefick, I explained to Luke my financial situation and was skeptical a deal could be worked out, He invited me to the Honda Store and promised me I would know in a few minutes if a deal was possible. I went in on Saturday Moring at 11am,We talked for a few minutes and Luke advised he was confident we could work out a deal ( I know sounds like a typical sales pitch ) I picked out the Honda Civic. He told me he was going to have them " run the numbers" and he would come back with a couple of options and if I liked any of the options then he would submit them. He came back with 2 offers and I agreed to one of the options and told him if he could get me the financing that he showed me that we had a deal. 10 Minutes latter he came back with papers in hand and congratulated me on the my new purchase, The best part was there was no "Manager" who had to come over and ask if I could increase my down payment or if I was willing to pay a little more on the monthly payments, The payment was exactly what was on the original option. Bottom Line I had a deal in place within an hour of walking on car I wanted and a payment that I wanted, No hassles or haggling. I highly Recommend the Honda Store and especially Luke Kenefick, The Honda Store is lucky to have a sales person like Luke Paul G.

I have purchased several cars over the years through dealerships and by far my experience with The Ron Bouchards Honda Store is the best yet. Luke Kenefick was fantastic, Like most people I dont enjoy the "haggling "process of buying a new car. I met with Luke explained my finance situation and what I thought would be road blocks in purchasing a new car and advised him that we should not waste anyones time if he didnt think we could make a deal work then just say so and we could move on, Luke reviewed my info and advised he was going to work up two options for me and if I liked either option we would move forward. 15 Minutes latter he had 2 options for me to review and I agreed to 1 of the options 30 minutes latter I was signing the paper work for a new 2015 Honda Civic at the Car Payment and down payment I had agreed to not and a dollar higher and no Sales Manger" was involved in the process asking if I could go a little higher on the down payment or on the car payment just so they could work with the bank on getting me approved. I highly recommend The Honda Store and truly recommend you ask for Luke Kenefick
