He shared personal stories about his own Mini and that helped me make my deicsion about purchasing that day and that particular Mini. It was a hot day and he could have been easily annoyed by my indecisiveness but he was calm and instead helped compare the Countryman to the Mini. The seat belt/airbag sensor had failed and needed to be replaced. ($70 just to diagnosis the problem) The part is on back order until JUNE. So I am without a car for 3 months.
