I am very grateful that Ryan called me to give me a heads up on my mileage that I have on my lease. He let me know what my best options were to avoid a high fee at the end of the lease term. These days we are all very busy and its nice to know someone has your back. Instead of running up my miles, Ryan put me in a new lease, which actually lowered my payment! I say, thats a win win, thanks Ryan!

"Appointment 4 A Car Sold To Someone Else"
There are "car dealers" and than there is "herb chambers"....so I thought until recently. I have bought my previous 2cars from Herbs and was in awe with the customer service. All my car service has been at herb chambers. So, needless to say when I was in the market to buy my next car that I found at herbs lexus, hingham I was elated! What could go wrong.....I had 6yrs of only good experience with this chain. I contacted the dealer, spoke a few times, confirmed appointment for the following day. I called the day of appointment to confirm the availability of the car and my appointment, got my check book ready (so to speak) and headed to the dealer (25miles away and a hr+ drive). Got unusual traffic, so left a message 4 the sales manager (Kevin) , apologizing and informing that I will be a tad late (am enroute ), called the dealer again to make sure my message was conveyed and car ready (was 15-mins away from the dealership). At the dealership, asked for Kevin (Sales manager), who showed up and informed me that right before I came some one else showed up and took the car for a test drive. I was disappointed! the car wasnt sold yet... so I can go to check the car and right then he says..sorry the car is sold now!!! I was furious but calm..politely told him this is not how to treat or respect peoples time! Since I had an appointment and confirmed multiple times, I should have been given priority (remember this is Herbchambers). He apologized but it was clear he didnt care. So I asked to speak to the GM (George Sarkis), who seemed sincere till he inadvertently mentioned we do see this "miscommunication" and double booking every couple of months happening. I promptly reminded him that his story was at odds at his managers (walk-in guys beat me to the car). I told him this is not what herbschambers stands for..you guys are the amazon for cars! But again, it was obvious this has happen and will continue to happen. My wife laughed reminding me what did you expect "these are salesmen". And I left thinking I can make a difference by "being the biggest herbs fan to never deal with these people who dont respect others time all to make a few dollars". 50mile and 2.5hrs round trip, I learnt herbshingam is no different..Unscrupulous and disrespectful of loyal customers like me all for quick buc

I went with my wife on Labor Day to buy a new car for her. Went to 4 dealerships with 2 being very competitive in price & quality. We ended purchasing the Lexus RX 350 from Ryan Tierney of Hingham due to the extreme knowledge and communication skills along with a great personality. Loved the fact that Ryan was a service manager and now a great salesman. It showed the versatility of quality people that the Herb Chambers Dealership hires. He actually pointed out a few defects on the car that I did not notice and is having them taken care of. My experience at this showroom was a breeze. I scheduled to arrive 30 mins before closing time to test drive the vehicle. William Than was still extremely courteous. He made sure to explain every single aspect of the car patiently before test driving including warranty, specs, Carfax, etc. Then we went for a test drive. He was very transparent about the whole process from the start and didnt budge from the asking price. Claimed they dont bump up the price and give discounts. But it seemed like a good deal and a good car so ended up putting a hold on it about 45 mins after closing time. Overall I was pleased with the experience at Lexus of Hingham and picked up my car in two days. Would definitely recommend checking out.

Positive Excellent Customer Service Experience I would refer all my friends to William Than and Kevin to the Herb Chambers Hingham. William helped us feel at ease as you are always anxious buying a new car. Originally Rob my husband and I were going to purchase a ES 350 but then test drove a GS 350 and William explained in detail the difference between the 2 vehicles. He is so Professional, calm, caring, focus on making us feel at ease. I felt like I was talking to my next door neighbor. Kevin the sales manager was great too! They make a great team! William explained every feature in the vehicle today in simple terms so we could understand it before driving it off the lot. If I could I would give William Than 6 plus stars as he is an asset to Herb Chambers. They are very lucky to have such a customer service oriented employee working for them. We did not feel rushed or harrassed. They also had a lovely cafe area to wait while your car is getting finalized and cleaned. Everything there is impeccably clean and all the employees are Professional with a smile. William goes above and beyond the call of duty . This is my first time buying a car from the dealership and I couldnt hope for a better experience and service. I came in not really sure what I wanted, I was super indecisive and wasnt even 100 percent sure if I was going to buy a car on the same day. William did not once made me feel rushed or pressured at all. He was extremely friendly, helpful and patience. First he walked a few round with me through the parking lot showing me their inventory so I can have an idea of what Ill like. Then he took his time out and went over and beyond with explaining all the features and the car fax of the lsit of cars that was within my budget. I came to dealer today for trade in and get Lexus RX350 2016. William Than is sale consultant who help me pick our new car. Actually we are keep follow up in 1 month after we missed first deal. That car was sold in last minute but William kept his promise to help us find the better one. Better car fit with our request: budget, color, model, year, optional. And finally we had his call after his all month patience. Joel Dilillo, finance director is another imagine staff. Very friendly but very detail. With his 10 years experience he answer every single question about credit point, warranty cover, what is best depending your long term used. We get our new car in total 5 hours for test drive-price deal-trade in old car-finance paper work-wait for new car clears up put old plate number on-move my old stuff to new Lexus-a little training how to use new car- chief manager shack my hand and drive home. We bought couple cars in the past from other dealer so we know how long it take for all those things. Herb Chamber Lexus Hingham is not the biggest one in New England but their customer service is the best in my experience. I dont know how their customer support in the future when we come back for car maintain but overall 5 stars rate.
