I went here recently looking to buy a used 2014 CTS. I worked with Ted who was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He made sure I knew the car before we sat down to talk about numbers. Unfortunately, the dealership operates with essentially fixed prices. They dont allow their sales people to move off the stated price. This policy would be fine, if the price wasnt uncompetitive on this one car compared to other dealerships. Really wanted to buy here due to its convenience and reputation for good service, but those things dont mean Ill pay an extra thousand dollars for a car when I can drive 10 miles and get it for $1000 less. Ended up buying a CPO car for $700 less at another dealership. The CTS we were negotiating on was only herb chambers certified, not CPO. Will probably come here for service anyway due to convenience, but was disappointed that the deal fell apart over so little difference in price.

I made an appointment, went to appointment. was treated very professionally by the gentleman is the Service Area. He said there was a recall for some minor problem and this would add on another hour of the service appointment, I asked for a loaner car and he, Michael, was very helpful in quickly organizing a loaner car for me. There was a squeaking noise coming from the front seat and steering column. Believe it or not..its true....I had a pulsing issue in the front end when slowing down from high speeds on the highway... I called Paul on Wednesday afternoon for an appointment, he got me in the very next day at 1 PM made the repairs and out the door by 2 PM job complete and ready to go.....thats what I call super service.....and by the way the car was washed and vacuumed as well

The service was great and all personnel were very helpful. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the service. I have a 2012 CTS and it has no spare, just a air pump. I am 74 yrs old and can not manage it, especially last week when I had a hole in my tire, I needed a spare!! Why they dont put a spare I will never figure out!! Using a pump may be OK for a young person but not for a senior or a woman. The pump was useless because the tire was so damaged it couldnt hold any air, I needed a spare. I had to have the car towed when a spare would have prevented all the problem. Re-think the air pumps and replace them with a spare tire!!! Thank you

Herb Chambers Cadillac of Lynnfield as usual did a great job with my SRX!!!! The older gentelman that greats you as you pull up is so nice he is very welcoming and makes sure you leave with water and the place inside is always clean and nice and Mike and Paul are very knowledgable and are always ontop of whats going on with your car/truck/suv

Oil change, tire rotation, multi-point check, and exterior wash in about 45 minutes. Comfortable waiting lounge with ice cream, snacks and beverages.

Had a flat tire that needed to be replaced. First call: Mike Anagnos at Herb Chambers Cadillac. Why? Because the guy is terrific and so is the rest of the service (and sales, for that matter) team. Its not typically fun to have to spend a few hours and a few bucks getting your vehicle fixed, but Mike and the team go out of their way to make it an enjoyable experience.
