My experience with having my Fusion serviced has been very easy. Arnie at Stevens Ford is so helpful. The waiting area is clean and comfortable.

I brought my vehicle to Stevens Ford Lincoln of Milford 4 times and they were unable to make repairs to my car, which was under warranty. I got my car back from them and told them I was done with them. All through out the process they failed to tell me what was going on, I had to call them to get a status on the repairs and they never had the correct parts forcing me to come back another day. On the fourth appointment they didnt even ask me about what times I was available to drop off the car. Tom from the service department simply left a message at my house that I was to drop off the car the next day at 8 AM, so I was forced to rearrange my schedule to make the drop off. That day Tom asked me when I needed the car, and I said as soon as possible since this is your fourth try and I need my car. I dropped the car off at 8 AM and they were to replace a single part. At 3 PM that day I still hadnt heard anything about my car so I was forced to call them. They told me the car wasnt done, but no one knew why and that they would give me a loaner car which they planned to charge me for. I told them to put my car back together and I was coming to pick it up because I was done with their incompetence. Then Pete the head of their service department called me up and begged for an opportunity "to make it right". I told him I didnt ask for anyone to call me and that I was done with Stevens Ford Lincoln of Milford, but he kept begging. I finally agreed only because I always try to use local businesses and scheduled a time for them to pick up the car at my home and drop off a loaner. Come the scheduled day and they missed the pick up time, messing up my schedule once again. I called to complain and the receptionist kept putting me on hold saying Pete was not available. I was forced to call back to finally get Pete on the line, only to have Pete argue with me rather than simply apologize and fix the trouble. I told Pete not to send anyone to my house to pick up the car, but some guy showed up anyway and I had to send him away. I could go on and on. My experience is one of the worst customer service experiences I ever had, from the attitudes to the incompetence to the incredible disregard for customer satisfaction they ticked all the boxes of deplorable customer relations. I can only assume that the owner has no idea how bad the service department is, because if the owner knows how bad it is and hasnt done anything to fix it then there is exactly no hope for that business. Avoid their service department like the plague.
