I emailed this dealer for an out-the-door price, and I had to include my phone number in the email. Bad idea. Suffice is to say that I blocked the phone number after countless calls and texts. No answer to my email.

Buying process was smooth. My vehicle did not include the owners manual or any car documentation/pamphlets after checking throughout the car, so I requested a copy from my sales rep. No response after the sale.

Horrible Customer Service. Even after 9 months, this dealership still did not submit to DMV my release of liability on a leased car I returned back to them in March 2016. I have been calling and requesting the dealership for month and a half now to resolve this issue. No effort is made by the dealership and I was told to contact Volkswagen directly in regards to the liability release paperwork. With no other option ,I approached Volkswagen about this issue. They informed that the dealership did not send them the complete needed paperwork. Both the dealership and Volkswagen are not doing anything about my release of liability paperwork yet.

Worst dealership ever. Traded in a car over a month ago and they still havent paid it off. Absolutely horrible customer service. No one returns our calls or we get caught up in a phone-transfer tag game. Its frustrating, stressful, and theres no end in sight. Their lack of professionalism and shady business practices are unacceptable. Stay away!
