Picked up a certified pre-owned 2014 5 series yesterday. Excellent range of cars and trims to choose from. We were helped by Paul Moomjian. If you go there, definitely ask for him. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very upfront about price and options. Would recommend to everyone who is new to BMW and thinking of picking up a CPO vehicle.

"One Of The Worst Dealership I Have Ever Been To"
I tried giving my business to this dealership two times and every time I got no where. First time I visited the dealership I have taken out on a test drive and afterwords I tried talking numbers but nothing was given to me. Second time I was able to talk numbers, but the numbers were out rageous. The agent did not try to put any effort in trying to sell the car. Very poorly managed. I would never visit them ever again.

"Horrible Repair & Service"
I had my 2016 car towed to this dealership for repairs. It took approximately 30 minutes for a service agent to call my number for service. After asking several questions about the repair options and Open Roads guarantee for an outside auto body to make the repairs, i agreed to have them contract the service. This was a poor move, because it took 26 days for the repairs, the service agent never called with any status on the repairs. I had to call several times for updates & finally got my insurance adjuster involved to get a confirmed finish date. Once I received the car, there were spare parts still in the car, it had not been washed and the repairs were poorly completed. Open Road took no responsibility for the work/service I received. Im left to deal with the auto body facility. This is poor service on behalf of Open Road. I would not recommend them for any service nor sales.

"The Worst"
Stay away. Went to see a car that I was interested in but the sales person was keep asking me are you going to purchase it today? even before the test drive. He didnt let me do the test drive saying there are lots of cars to move. Who purchases the car without test driving? The car had lots of scratches and the sales person said theres nothing I can do about it as for negotiating the price. Anyway, they were too busy serving other customers and even said to come back in 30 min. They dont seem to treat customers seriously. What an unprofessional customer service. Very disappointed.

"Worst Buying Experiance Ever!"
I was having mechanical problems with my car and needed a new car ASAP so i went to Edison BMW used cars. I left with a 2016 328I BMW 3 year lease. I still owed $9000 on my car that was having mechanical problems so i agreed for the dealership to give me $1000 for my trade-in, payoff the loan and add the remaining balance of the loan on to my lease payments. After 52 days and two lease payments BMW of Edison still has not paid off my loan to my trade-in. I am reciving calls from the loan company everyday telling me im late on my payment and still responsible for the loan. I have NEVER been late on a car note payment and because of BMW of Edison my credit is being negatively effected. I have been calling their finance and sells manager over these last two months onlu to het a bunch of loes and excuses. There is no excuse for them to jave not paid this loan off by now. I would NEVER GO BACK TO BMW OF EDISON AGAIN. IM NOT EVEN GOING TO RETURN MY LEASE TO THEM. THEY HAVE BEEN HORRIBLE.
"Horrible Customer Service At This Cpo Store!"
I came from NYC to get another brand lease from across the street from Open Road BMW Certified Pre-owned Dealership in Edison and brought my 3 Series lease return there. My car was pre-inspected and all I needed to do, according to BMW Financial Services instructions, was to drop the car off at any dealership. These guys treated me horribly, suddenly! For 30 minutes they were very nasty to me arguing that they wouldn’t take the car without a prior scheduled appointment, giving me run around and making me feel miserable. It was extremely unprofessional! There is absolutely no excuse to treat people like that, even if they don’t get another BMW from you. It was disgusting. They couldn’t care less about people!

On 3/26/2016 I was just browsing around while I was shopping in the area. So I pulled over and went to Open Road BMW certified pre_owned dealership. Then I saw her the 2012 Silver 535i and instantly fell in love. Then I was greeted by Cameo Rollins. Very professional I must say. Very knowledgeable. .I told her my needs and she went above and beyond to make sure that they were meant. I must say this by far has been my most pleasant experience ever buying a vehicle. Cameo along with the entire staff have done a great job! Hands down one of the best dealerships I have ever walked in. Bought a 3 series new from open road. Brought in for a service with an morning appointment. Waited over 3 hours car was still not in the shop. Spoke with the service advisor and he said the mechanic was slow and "its hard to get good help" and he gave me a key cheap bmw key chain for my many hours of waiting. . By the time I got out of there i had spend over 4 hours waiting for what should have been a 20 minute oil change. That was just one time. The other times it was always 1 to 2 hours with an appointment. I only scheduled appointments to wait since it was a 45 minute drive to the dealership and I thought I would get better service since I bought the car new from them. The car itself had a number of issues which made the whole ownership experience bmw/open road dealership even more frustrating.
"Poor Customer Service"
I took my 2009 X3 for repair, the 4X4 and Brake lights were on. Tom, service advisor, told me the car had to be recalibrated. I paid $162.00 for the recalibration. A few days later, the lights came on again. Tom advised me to wait a few days, and see if the lights came on again. After a few weeks, they came back on, the car turned off, and wouldnt turn on. I gave it about 45 minutes, and it turned back on, but both lights were still on. I took the car the next morning, Tom wasnt there, another advisor took care of me. She said that it sounded like it was the battery, they took the car, and she came back a few hours later with a list of issues for repair. I told her that I wasnt going to repair anything because the lease was expiring, and I was getting another car in a few days. I was hit with a $168.00 bill. I reminded her that Tom asked me to come back to check the car for a repair that I already paid for, she said that they diagnosed the car with something else, therefore they had to charge me. I feel scammed, I paid for a repair that wasnt even the problem, and on top of that, they charged me to re-check the car. I called Tom, and left a message, never heard from him. I called the Service Manager Jim, he said he was going to call me back two days later, Im still waiting. I ended up going to another BMW dealer the same day, I leased a 2015 GT. If it wasnt for that poor service, I would have leased another car from them right there. I will never bring my new car for service at Open Road Edison.

On 6/13 I tagged along with my sister to pick out her BMW, while there I was talked into looking into buying from OPENROAD BMW, I wasnt quite ready to make the commitment but after a few hours I was given a great deal to not take advantage of. My dealer was Cameo Rollins, Amazing person, very personable and a professional car dealer. You Male dealers need to step your game up! She made it happen and worked her buns off to get me in my new car...my first new car...she took me from a Saturn to a Luxury Mercedes. Kudos to CAMEO and Mr. MIKE MAYFIELD. OMG! Where do I start? I will start with my dealer, Cameo Rollins. I have NEVER had a dealer work so hard to make things happen for me. What I like about Cameo is that shes a professional and knows her business. She understood my lifestyle and which BMW would match my expectations as well as my budget. I came in the door wanting a very expensive X5 and Cameo showed me the numbers and said "this isnt right for you right now. But next year, we will get you into the X5." She showed me a 528i Xdrive and I loved it. Cameo is very realistic and honest; she will tell you if something is not right for you which is what you should want from your dealer. She isnt all about "the sale" which made me trust her with this purchase; she is about building a lasting relationship with BMW. I trusted her so much I even brought my sister in who also purchased from Cameo (a Mercedes C300). (We actually drove off in our new cars on the very same day). The staff at Open Road are very professional and helpful; especially the business manager Mr. Mayfield. I own 3 BMW vehicles X5, M3, and M5. I have gotten all three serviced from BMW in Edison. The service department is very knowledgeable and attentive to detail. In particular I personally want to thank Mr. Sandeep Singh at the service department. I had some issues with the SMG system in my M3 and tried to get it serviced at another private garage since the car was out of warrantee. I spent almost $2,000 for only to have the SAME problem come back 6 months later. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Sandeep Singh who Quoted me almost 1/3 of the cost and had my car in and out of the door in less than 48 hours. It has been 4 years and the car Runs Better than ever and I have not had ANY transmission issues with the M3. I have since gone to BMW in Edison for any and each small issue/ maintenance. I just leased my 4th BMW and out of my 4 experiences, this was, by far the best! My previous 3 leases were done at a different dealership in which I never felt like I was buying a luxury car or that my business was appreciated. Then a friend told me to go to open road and I am so glad I listened! From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I felt my presence was appreciated and I was being offered the service I deserved to fit the purchase I was making. My sales consultant was Paul Ebner and I truly cannot say enough about him. From the moment I met him, I felt like I knew him forever. He made the entire process easy and fun and not like I was "just buying a car". It was an experience. Both he and his manager, Allison, worked with me to help me to be comfortable financially in my dream car. They listened to what I wanted and did all in their power to make sure I got it.
