My family was helped by Victor. We were looking to lease a car, and I wanted a Honda ( I always had Nissans). We gave him a price to check with his managers and no questions asked we got it. (I wish we went lower because I think we could have gotten any deal we wanted) But anyways great car. They gave me the showroom one without asking, very pleased. The process took as long as usual, but definitely ask for Victor if youre looking to go to Bridgewater. Also, they have many salespeople waiting to help. We went to the Clinton Honda, and they gave a really high price, so we walked out. I thought that was it for us until Victor. Would definitely recommend. Hondas have the best technologies too at the basic level. Sunroof, remote start, engine start on keys, touch screen radio, passenger blind spot blinker camera, car play, digital mph meter, no cap gas tank, can hook up to the internet and even has a calculator. I got a white with ivory interior. Absolutely in love with it! Its a very light car and can maneuver easily.

"Mixed Review But Overall Positive"
This is a mixed review. The salesman I dealt with was wonderful!! Ask for Anthony, he was no pressure, no nonsense and at the end gave me a better price that we were first discussing. I would definitely buy another car from him, especially if he was at a different dealership. On the plus side, the dealership has the lowest fees (doc fees) around. Very fair. They also dont hit you with the "etching fee" or other nonsense fees to bump up the price. This would have been a five star review if both of the key fobs for the car worked when I left the dealership. Since they hand you both, you dont know that one may not work until you get home, which for me was 25 miles away. So I get in the car and nothing! Nothing other than the anti-theft warning system alert. I tried the other fob and it worked. Now, I may not be the brightest person but you would think they test both key fobs before they let a car leave. Not so in my case. When I contacted the dealership, I got apologies all around but minimal help. Emails are not returned from the manager so I guess I have to deal with this on my own. Their lack of quality control is troubling and makes me a bit uneasy but I guess time will tell.

I went to Autosport Honda to check out the CR-V because my Nissan Rogue lease is almost up. Brian DiPaolo was extremely helpful in helping me test drive and get estimates for both the CR-V and the HR-V (which I had never seen before). After going back for a second test drive, Brian and Ali made me a phenomenal deal on a new HR-V lease that I couldnt pass up. Hands down the best car shopping experience I have had; never felt pressure or push from anyone to make a purchase in the moment, and they worked with me to help alleviate the remaining costs on my current lease. I had the unfortunate luck of buying a pre-owned mini van (Honda Odyssey) from this dealership. I found the staff to be OK (including salesmen), but the management was rude. To the point I just wanted to leave the place. I was desperate as I was a week away from having our baby so controlled my temper, and bought the van anyway as I did not have the luxury of time. They made a huge blunder in my paperwork. After realizing what they had done, I went back to the dealer and asked them to fix it. They realized what they had done, and said they would fix it (did not even apologize). I went back and forth many times asking different people if they had an ETA on my papers. I never got a straight answer, never got a call, never got a reply to my emails. I was so furious with these people I wish I could go back in time and take my business else where. It took them more then FOUR months to fix my paperwork and re-issue a correct registration card. I was driving around with a bad registration for months because of their mistake. So to recap, rude management, no apology if even they are the ones that screwed up, took months to fix what could have been done a lot sooner. P.S. I also tried escalating to their management and left numerous voice msgs and emails but no luck, never got an acknowledgement or call back. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.... NEVER!!!

They were very fair and gave us a good deal. Mukesh Mehta, Mike B and Ali Salazar were nice and good to deal with. Mukesh was a great guy to interact, and he pulled it through and will recommend him to everyone. Mario Labib was great and prompt and dont think the loaner car complaint in another review is completely true. You will get a loaner car in two situations, if a) big recall by Honda and b) you have overnight work on the vehicle and it is a courtesy. No loaner car for reg servicing. The only aspect is that even after putting deposit down, the finance guys did not call us for 36 hours and we were worried as to what may have transpired. But it worked out, we got a great rate and happy with car. Please go there.

Autosport Honda must have been the smoothest car buying process I have experienced. It isnt an easy journey and of course theres always negotiations and many discussions on price. Mauricio Mora was my sales rep and he was great. He was calm and collected, no pushyness or aggressive selling attempts from him. (I despise those tactics because they make me want to leave) He also answered all my questions and worked with Mike Bailey who is the manager on the price. Mike was also a friendly and easygoing individual who gave my family and I time to thinks and discuss. Our out the door price was very fair and overall a good deal. I bought a 2016 Honda Civic Coupe. Another great aspect of this dealer location is that there are less people than some other areas and it contributes to making this location a great place!
