I can not say enough positive things about this dealership. We had been looking for a quality used Mustang convertible which is a LOT harder than it sounds. Bill Vinces Bridgewater Acura had a car with a LOT more than we could have ever dreamed of at our price range. The car was a lot less expensive than comparable cars we looked at, but the sales manager, Adam Rottenburg worked with us to get the car even more comfortably within our price range. We live 250 miles away, so they handled the entire deal over the phone and through overnight mail. They were incredibly honest about the condition of the car too. When we picked the car up just 2 days after our first call to the dealership (incredible for a long distance deal), the car was even better than we thought it would be. Our sales representative, Murad Stokes, answered all of our questions, offered to pick us up at the train station, and was incredibly kind, honest and fun to deal with. The car was ready and waiting for us with a full tank of gas when we got to the dealership, and the deal was finalized within 10 minutes of our arrival. We were on the road and driving the car the 4 1/2 hours home with no muss, no fuss, no bother. The car was incredible on the ride home too. "Long Wait .. For An Incorrect Title"

I purchased a used Toyota Matrix from the dealership in late April 2017. The temporary tag I was given at the dealership expired on May 22nd. On May 22nd I called the dealership to ask about my permanent PA license plate, and PA registration .. I was transfer 3 times, then had to leave a message with someone in the business office. I made a total of 6 additional phone calls to the dealership that week; explaining each time, that I purchased a used car from the dealership, the temp tag was expired, I was worried about getting pulled over, etc. Each time I called, a staff member promised they would call me back with an answer .. Each time, I was left hanging. To make matters worse, when the PA registration FINALLY arrived at my house in EARLY JUNE .. the address they filed for me was not only my old street address, but also the wrong house number (I gave them my PA Address Update card with my PA license). And .. to make matters worse, they didnt submit the transfer title documents until May 25th!! I drove around in a car unregistered to me for 4 weeks! Thank God I didnt get pulled over, or in an accident. My salesman was nice .. but the business end of this dealership is lacking serious organization!

I contacted Bridgewater Acura with interest in a used Corvette and my salesman, Kaz Zarieh, was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I live three hours away from the dealership and Kaz made sure it was going to be worth my trip. Prior to making the trip I had particular interest in the condition of the quarter and rocker panels as Vettes are notorious for bad rock chips in that area. Kaz wasted no time sending me a plethora of additional pictures to my phone to reassure me the condition of the car. He also offered to FaceTime me so I can look at the car that way too. Never in my life have I had such an accommodating salesperson that went above and beyond the way Kaz had. Never the less the car was in great condition and I made the trip to purchase the car the next day. Upon arrival the car was clean and ready for me to inspect it. Kaz was very personable, wasnt pushy and just all around nice to be around. The deal went ultra smooth and the sales manager gave me almost $6000 more for my trade than what Denooyer Chevrolet in Albany had offered me. My dealings with Denooyer and salesman Chris Magnano was absolute garbage compared to this and a complete waste of my time. I went through my own bank for the financing and after all the paperwork was done it was a couple hours until I was ready to drive home in my new to me Vette. Overall I am extremely happy with the whole experience I had with Kaz and the team at Bridgewater Acura. The atmosphere in the dealership was nice, they had a nice waiting area with free refreshments and snacks and they also had a gorgeous new NSX in the showroom. I only wish Kaz was closer to me so I can send him more business.

I contacted the internet department on Monday regarding the vehicle and a sales associate quickly responded to verify the car was available and ready for a test drive. Unfortunately I live about 2 hours south of the dealership so getting there for a test drive was not possible during the work week. Eventually, we planned on scheduling the test drive first thing Saturday morning, the first available time when I had four hours for the drive up to Bridgewater and back. After some email correspondence, yesterday (Friday) at 3:30pm, she emailed me an invitation for a 9:30am Saturday appointment, which I happily accepted. Much to my surprise, I arrived that morning at the scheduled 9:30am appointment only to be approached by the sales manager and another sales associate who informed me the vehicle I was scheduled to test drive was sold the prior evening. I find this to be not only unprofessional, but also extremely discourteous and disrespectful of my time. In most professional settings, one would expect a phone call when the vehicle was sold, or at the very least, the morning of the appointment, so that I did not have to drive two hours up and back needlessly. And in the end, neither the sales associate nor the sales manager offered an apology.

BUT WAS TOLD I NEEDED A CO SIGNER....I WAS PUT OFF BY THAT BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER BEEN ASKD FOR A CO MAKER....AFTER ALL MY CREDIT IS OK...AND I AM A GROWN MAN 53 YEARS Old. I live nearly an hour away and continue to make the trek to Bridgwater Acura because of the people and the value. I have an Acura dealer very nearby my house, but have had horrible experiences with them, including false promises on getting me out of an old lease. When that happened I found the very honest and eager staff at BA ready to earn my business, so much so that I save hundreds a month compared to my other local dealer. This is not a singular experience either, since finding BA we have leased three cars from them and intend to go back. If you are in the market for an Acura or similar, and live within 90 minutes, its absolutely worth a call, and like me, youll likely find it worth the trip.

I visited the dealer on two separate occasions. Both times I called to set up a test drive. The dealership is roughly one hour away. The first visit was horrible. I walked into the dealer and no one was willing to direct me. I was told over the phone to ask to speak to Danny or Scott and neither were available. The front desk girl looked at me like I was crazy. A salesman by the name of Peter eventually showed us the car. We liked the car and were willing to purchase. They appraised our trade and gave us an offer well below Blue Book Value. I said no thank you and began to get up and leave. He then offered us triple the amount and I declined and left. The second visit occurred two weeks later. This visit was quite the opposite of the last. We were helped by a salesman by the name of David. He was very helpful during the car buying process. Ryan the finance manager was also amazing. I have bought three cars previously and Ryan by far gave us the best experience ever. He didnt pressure us into anything and was very realistic as he went over numbers. Will come again in the near future.

I purchased a 2015 Silverado Midnight Edition from them they were awesome. My contact person was Adam he was great even went out of the way to pick me up when I didnt have a way to get to NJ to pick up the truck. I felt no pressure while dealing with them. Mike the manager is also very helpful and very easy to contact. If anyone is looking for a car truck or whatever you should contact Adam I was shocked at how many models they had available. From Chevy to Dodge to Honda and Acura this dealership had tons of great deals available. "A Car For A 17 Year Old"
We scheduled an appointment for a specific car we found online, the Mazda3Speed. The price was pretty much on the spot, but of course we were hoping to save anything we could because we bought it outright. My 17 year old brother wanted a fast car and nothing was going to stop him. We took the car out for a test drive and it was so clean, you could tell how well the dealer takes care of each of the cars that comes into their lot. The experience was pleasant and the only pressure came from my little brother pestering my mother to buy the car. He really wanted a Subaru WRX, which the dealer had some in stock, but our consultant, David Klein, agreed that was an unnecessary and more expensive purchase. He was empathetic with all of our needs, gave us time to talk with one another when were were disputing, and as honest as he could be throughout the whole process. He made it possible to take the car home that day and that was a big deal for my brother.
