From the time I arrived to the time I left Lawrenceville Lincoln, I was treated like you would expect a Lincoln owner to be treated. The service manager said 1 hour for service, and it was 1 hour. The Lincoln lounge is awesome. TV, coffee, tea, water, and even a shower, if you needed any of these acrutraments. When the service manager told me my car was ready, I wasnt. I actually was enjoying my down time. Thank you Lawrenceville Lincoln.

Although we are provided Concierge service we dont mind waiting in the Lincoln waiting room as same is comfortable providing coffee and snacks, etc. On this visit, the room was closed and we were directed to another room by the parts department. There were several stacks of tires in the room and the rubber smell was very over-powering making us nauseous. Our sales person, Liz, saw us and realizing we were uncomfortable had us take her vehicle to go and have breakfast while our vehicle was being serviced. In all my many years of driving I have never encountered a finer more caring sales person than Liz. We followed her from Reedman and were glad we did. Lawrenceville Lincoln is very lucky to had her.

"Review Online Service Orders Before Day Of Service"
The service was very good. I am always comfortable having my car serviced at the dealer and the price is very good considering it is a dealership. I never feel like I am being over sold on service! The only thing I wish is that when I schedule on line for service someone would review it before I come to verify the services I want can be done on a Saturday. I recently changed a battery and the auto windows are not working, I included that in my service needs when I scheduled my appointment online but when I arrived the service rep. stated that the tech needed for that service was not in on a Saturday. If that was reviewed I would have rescheduled my service to a time when it all could have been done at one time. Now I have to come in for a second time. I hope this can change because the online scheduling is very convenient but I cannot use it if I have to make 2 trips to get things serviced and/or fixed.
"Incompetent Service Dept"
The service department at Ford Lawrenceville are blatantly incompetent. Here are the issues I faced with them when I brought my vehicle in for a service- Brought my vehicle in for a scheduled maintenance and was advised to change cabin filter for approx total cost of $90. After leaving the service center, I noticed a whirring sound from the cabin fan. Brought it into the shop a few days later and explained the service rep about the issue. They claim they had a look at it and blamed it on a couple of leaves and pieces of paper. It baffles me that they found leaves and paper pieces so soon after the filter was replaced. I switched on the cabin fan in front of the service rep and the problem was still persistent. They advised me that they needed to disassemble the center console to investigate further, and to come back a week later to fix it. My third attempt, the service rep told me that they would have to investigate the noise and that would require disassembly of the center stack(visually pointed out the center console and GPS screen). At this time I did a quick Google search to see the location of the cabin fan and probable causes of the noise. The cabin fan is located behind and underneath the glove box on the passenger side. Its highly probable that when the cabin filter was replaced, some of the debris made its way into the blower which sits underneath the filter. In fact this is a well known issue for most vehicles and should have been apparent to the dealership. When I confronted the rep regarding this, he started agreeing with the diagnosis and suggested that he always meant the console meant the passenger glovebox area and not the center stack (which he had previously visually pointed out at the beginning of the day). He then came up with a cost of $89 to fix the issue. How he arrived at that number is a question in itself. Instead of owning up to the fact that the issue was caused by the technician (unintentionally perhaps) when the filter was replaced, they wanted to charge me more money to fix an issue that was caused by the service tech. This type of behavior and exploiting uninformed customers is just inexcusable I refuse to do any business with Lawrenceville Ford and I highly suggest everyone to stay away from this dealership (at least the service dept)

Now I have MKZ - and service just is not the same. Sorry. No early morning drop off where I can get a ride to work - That was A+ Car coming back for muilti visits for same repair - unable to get a ride or loaner However when I got there - Dominik had a loaner for me for a few hours which helped. Sorry to see Rick go - somethings are tough to teach new people. Like really caring.

I first purchased a 2015 ford explorer in August 2015. Unfortunately, my car was totaled only seven months after purchasing. That car kept me and my children safe so of coarse I went right back and got another 2016 Ford Explorer.
