I took my car for service and they did an oil change after pick up the car pull in my driveway and I had oil leak all over my drive so I contacted the dealer they told me bring the car back they did not replace the crankcase bolt ring that what cause the leak so I been dealing with the service manager Charles for over six months try to resolve the problem of cleaning the driveway he had couple of his mechanic come with brake fluid try to removed the stain on a cement driveway that was a joke then send some body to pressure wash I will have the oil the last guy told him he has to replace the slab he say that is not going to happen so he a offer me a $100 service credit that was a real joke

But not for the well built female. I brought a 2014 IS250 and having alot of pain in hips when sitting and it is difficult to get in and out. The salesman was rude and impolite throughout the buying process. I just figured he was having a bad day.I was looking forward to being put into something more comfortable like an ES350 and was blown off. I spoke with the big boss about my discomfort in the Lexus IS250, Big Girl Stuff (lol). Dont want no hokey pokey stuff like rolling one deal into a trade and adding another deal with negative equity making the payment higher. People shouldnt do anything to eat. Problem solving snd customer satifaction goes along way. Hope theyll work something out with me so that I can enjoy that comfy, smoother ride and be proud to have done business with Haldeman Lexus of Princeton. Cuudoos.
