3 Bulls in one room! I believe that was the theme when I walked into the dealer my wife, myself, and Todd Hersh all Tauruss. I wanted a 2016 Colorado Z71 and Todd Hersh made it happen. Todds passion for what he does shows in many ways, and I look forward to working with him again in the future. He was able to get me every discount possible to get me round the price range I was looking for. The previous Chevy dealer I went to didnt offer me any type of discount and was trying to get me in a WT model. I really appreciate everything that Todd has done for me. Mike Bilbow the Tech Expert was AMAZING as well. His passion and knowledge was very welcoming when he was teaching me everything from the tech aspect of my truck. I had one concern about the software, he did his homework, and then reached out to me with his findings. (Everything was good) Now on to the one headache which is the GM Supplier Code. I was given this discount in strong beliefs that my company qualified for the discount. Everything looked good. My company showed listed, but getting the code was a huge pain. (Not Elkins Fault) To make a long story short. For three weeks I have been trying to get this code. I was becoming very doubtful with this whole code and was ready to give up, but the sales manager Bob, kept reminding me that my company has it. My HR department had no idea what this code was, hey were pretty much done with this process. Just yesterday I called the GM Supplier Code 800 number and they gave it to me with no problem (DO THIS IT WILL SAVE YOU TIME AND A HEADACHE.) I am very thankful even through all the headaches that Bob stayed true to his knowledge of this code. A HUGE THANKS to Bob! I must say that even with the roller coaster experience with the GM Supplier Code (Not Elkins Fault) that this has been a great experience. I think that going through all of this has really showed me how passionate this team is. Customer Satisfaction is their number one priority. As stated earlier if your company qualifies for the GM Supplier Code just call the customer service number on the website. Thanks Elkins and God Bless!

This was my 3rd time i believe that i have taken my boyfriends car to get serviced and i have to say that the customer service i recieved was AMAZING!!! I actuially enjoy going there Donna up front is friendly always offering me coffee and bagels that are always fresh and always remembers my name excellent front of the business service. ( i hope that Donna is her name she is the lady who has the desk in the showroom i am so bad with names) the service guys are always efficent, very informative and they do a GREAT JOB!!! The lady who makes the appointment is also GREAT! the whole service department and Donna are great and you should be very proud to have these workers. Let me just say that i am going to trade my ford focus in very soon i love that car 2009 but its time to trade it in this summer and i have decided to buy a Chevy and i know already what i want. hope the car sales people are just a good/nice i am sure they are.

I worked with both Lalita and Derek and I have nothing but good things to say about both employees and the dealership as a whole. My work schedule is crazy, to say the least, and I was only able to make it in at 5:30 when they closed at 6. They didnt mind at all and stayed almost an hour late to try and get me into a new Camaro. They were both very respectful and didnt waste a second of my time. Their numbers were fair and the manner they presented themselves was both professional and respectful. While we waited for a decision from the bank, multiple other employees hung out with me and talked about cars. It made the experience less stressful and it felt more like I was hanging out than buying a car . That "dealership vibe" you usually get when you walk in the door wasnt present at Elkins Chevrolet. The staff was knowledgable, fair with the numbers, and went out of their was and then some to try and get me into a new Camaro. When the time is right, I will definitely be back here to purchase my next vehicle. Thanks again Lalita and Derek!

Everyone there at the dealership is very nice and friendly and I enjoy coming to Elkins. I brought my daughters Cruze in for an oil change. I made an appointment. Everything was done fine but it took 90 minutes to do the oil change. I feel that the service should take no more than 60 minutes or less for an oil change. When I used to change my own oil I could usually have it done in about a half hour.

I was hoping that the steering problem would be paid for by GM because this is an ongoing problem with Traverse autos. The Rack is not covered only the power steering pump is covered. The info I received on line asked that I have steering checked if I have a problem and I did but I had to pay for the service to have it inspected. I did get the rear hatch checked at no charge.
