No pressure sales. Just kind and courteous salesman like John Mayo who made us feel welcome and this buying experience great. He fully explained all the safety and extra features that are included in our vehicle. He made us feel less intimated by these great features this as if we were one of the millennials even though we are older. Overall great customer service and the ambiance is beautiful.

I was in the midst of a family emergency when warning lights in my car came on so I looked up what they meant - get the car to the dealership immediately. I really didnt need to deal with that as I was traveling back-and-forth to the hospital. I brought in my car and they were so nice to me. They allowed me a courtesy car so I could continue to deal with my day. The part I needed was ordered, arrived the next day very early and my car was ready well before noon. Maybe it was even before 9:00am. They cared. They got me in and out quickly and they did it with kindness. Thats kind of rare. Thank you for your patience, understanding and caring.
