I purchased a 2016 Rav and since day one I have had a problem with my bluetooth system. They repeatedly told me it was fine, then after months of being pacified, they finally told me I needed to go to Verizon to update my phone. I did and was told by Verizon it wasnt my phone it was their bluetooth. Again Towne told me to go to Verizon and again I went but to a different one to see and was told the same. Towne Toy told me to purchase a new phone which I did and again it doesnt work. They REFUSE to help me now and after a year they told me that there is a list of COMPATIBLE phones and "I" should have known about and went by that list before I purchased my phone. I never knew that you had to buy a vehicle by the phone you have. What a joke. I am paying for 3 years for a system that does not work and they will not help me. Just very unprofessional and the worst customer care I have ever experienced. I will NEVER purchase another Toyota again. Stay away from Towne if you want good service.

Loved my experience with Josh Wolfson, He was patient and helped make the process easy. I rated the buying process 3 because the final paperwork took awhile, but it was the last day of the month and the dealership was busy.

I was looking for a specific car and Towne Toyota had one. I was 2 1/2 hours away, but made the decision to drive up because of the assistance I received over the phone from Simon. He was able to get me an estimated trade-in value with pictures of my car, etc. When I arrived, Josh took care of me. He got the trade-in assessor going while we test drove the car. I was at their mercy at that point as I wanted to buy the car, but needed the quoted value of the trade-in to make the deal. Josh got it done. The financing process was all excellent as well, and (I think it was Al), worked with me to get a great extended warranty and helped me keep my payments within my budget. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. Even at the "11th hour" Josh was totally up-front with me about a slight issue on the CarFax report, but his honesty made me that much more comfortable with the decision. They guys are awesome!!!

When we asked to have rep to run the numbers for fiancing he worked his end down to get the payment I needed without pushing me. To haggling I told him what I can afford and he made it work. BUYER BEWARE *** Towne Toyota – where the “e” stands for “enter at your own risk” – Ledgewood, NJ. When a marketing person from Towne Toyota called and told me that they would pay off my remaining 6 lease payments, and my over mileage allotment fee if I leased a new car, I was skeptical. I asked if this would be rolled into a new lease and was assured that it would not. Inside the dealership that day, this was confirmed by two other people. Guess what... I was charged nearly $3,300 over the advertised amount because the figures were hidden in the selling price. The sales person bragged about the wireless phone charger and how much I would like it, but as I was about to drive off the lot, he mumbled something about most phones not working on it, and walked away. Mine is in the “most” category. Don’t let the title “ 7inch Touch-Screen Scout GPS Link App” fool you. It’s not a Navigator as I thought, and you probably would too. Yet another lesson I learned the hard way. When I gave the dealership a poor survey, the Sales manager, Frank Giambattista called and said that aside from showing me how to use what little options I had, and explaining the sales contract, there was nothing he could do. He did tell me though that the Leasing Manager was terminated over his treatment of my “deal”. The owner of Towne Toyota, Susan Brauer even called. However, when I informed her that I wanted the $3,300 that the dealership buried into my loan without my knowledge, all communication from them stopped. If this is how they treat people who have purchased 3 cars in the last 6 years from them, how do they treat everyone else? Help me spread the word on how Towne Toyota treated me, so that people don’t go there and have same thing happen to them. They won’t make things right by me, but I don’t want them to do this to anyone else.

Alberto was a good salesman. He let me test drive many cars. The facility was nice and clean, although I didnt really like the fact that the employees there smoke outside in front of the building where I can still see them. I was looking for a jeep but decided not to purchase at the time because I wanted to pay down my car more. Also besides Alberto no one else came and said hello. I would still consider buying a car from here. Just the small things throw me off. But if youre looking for a Toyota make no mistake they have a lot of beautiful vehicles and fair prices. Young Fred H. was very knowledgeable about the truck I purchased. Answered all my questions. Did not hard sell, but I would suggest he explain things more slowly and give the customer a chance to complete his thought. But overall he was very pleasant and eager to help me regarding my situation. The truck was purchased on a Saturday. Unfortunately this particular truck had no running boards. Fred informed me that he was going to order new ones for me, but when I followed up on Tuesday, I found out that he had not ordered them. I then went to the sales manager (Frank) who processed the paperwork asap. I could have been an oversight on Freds part because he was very busy, but he should have made a note to remind himself to order those running boards on Monday. The running boards arrived on Thursday and were installed that same day, which I appreciated very much. I had assumed that Fred would have ordered them on Saturday. If I hadnt followed up, I possibly would have waited another week and my wife wouldnt have been able to climb into the truck without them. I realize that Fred is new at this job and doesnt have as much experience as the salesmen who have been there longer, so perhaps he can learn a lesson from this. Making the sale is one thing, but following up with service is a very important part of the sale. But overall, if I was about to purchase another vehicle from Towne Toyota, I would not hesitate to call Fred H.

Let me set the scene: My sister needed a replacement car for a car that was a total loss in an accident. After perusing various websites for a Toyota Venza, we found one at the Towne Toyota website. We drove an hour and arrived at the dealership at 8 pm. We test drove the car and sat down for the ‘talk’. The ‘talk’ was pressure-free and very informative. Tony Bezzina discussed the car fax report and financing. With the help of Tony and the manager, Steve, we were able to obtain excellent financing with Toyota and temporary plates. We left Towne at 10 pm with the Venza! My husband and I were very impressed by the professionalism and hassle free approach at Towne Toyota. I dealt with Isaac Resek and wanted to express that he was amazing.The thought of negotiating with professional negotiators (salesmen/women) is intimidating. If you look for tips online, a lot of people compare it to getting a root canal. The pages are full of awful negotiating ploys and underhanded tactics that give the bravest man/woman pause before stepping in a dealership. That was my frame of mind when I stepped in. I have never been happier to be wrong. Isaac Resek was nice and a pleasure to deal with. He did make counter offers but that is expected in a negotiation. I needed time to check with my wife and there were times when I did not want to provide documentation until I have irrevocably decided. He accommodated all of that. I decided to trade in my Nissan for a new Tacoma and had a pretty good experience here. After shopping a bit online and getting to know what to expect both from the value of my trade and the cost of a new pickup I was contacted by this dealer via the Toyota website. I was going there anyway, but the web referral system had them following through the next day. Good selection of vehicles, nice people (Tony B is a pretty good guy to work with) , smooth and professional transaction (Halloween costumes not with standing) no silly dealer "add on" packs on the vehicle either. I didnt feel pressured about anything during the entire process. Truck was prepped and ready for me to drive it home in a few hours. Based on my experience I would shop here again.

We bought a certified used sienna. When we picked it up it was not clean, scratched, dented, and smelled awful. On top of that they told us that the door was broken. It worked when we looked at it. They sent it to a body shop who fixed half of the stuff. It came back to different colors. They tried to fix the door but it broke again while on vacation. They also left the previous owners personal information in the car. The gps still had there home address and a giant list of places they went. According to the toyota certified used website, these things were supposed to be fix BEFORE it gets certified.
