i made a appointment to have my windshield replace on my vehicle ..i showed up for my appointment which i made a week earlier. they provided me a loaner car because i had to leave my car. during the day i get a call telling me my car was not done because someone forgot to make the appointment with the window . Now this was a Friday .. they tell me i have to bring the loaner back and make a future appointment. I didnt know why i could not keep the loaner till Monday until they got an answer from the window installer to see what happened . because the loaner would just sit in their lot . But Saturday i bring the loaner back .. Now i ask the girl at the desk what i going to happen next ..she told me she did not know .. i then ask about the other issue i had .. she again did not know .. so i call later Saturday to my sales man to see what was going on .. he never calls back .. this whole thing just cost me money and i still have to go back .. and still no answers .. you would thing they would to something for this inconvenience .. but yet nothing .. i dont know how people can be treated this way .. my next call is to GM
