"Buying A Jetta Is Betta!"
I did my research on the types of cars I was interested in, I looked at the VW World of Neptunes website and found some great deals, called to have keys pulled aside so I could test drive them. Mind you, I am only in day 2 of my car shopping journey, this one being my first (and only) VW dealership. Joe pulled up the first 2016 Jetta S with TSI engine that I requested to see. He demonstrated all the features, told us all about the safety features I didnt know existed, and all around knew the complete ins and outs of this car. Having never driven a VW Jetta before Joe put my mind at ease and made it really easy to fall head over heals for that Jetta. I test drove another and I hemmed and hawed but I didnt leave that day without buying it. I am extremely happy with my purchase and as an added bonus all my friends think I bought New even though I bought Certified Pre-Owned. That just goes to show how great of condition my car is and the others that are on the lot. If you are reading this because you are on the fence about Jettas and are looking for insight, Ill tell you this Buying a Jetta is Betta! but also, just go and test drive one with Joe! You will regret it if you dont!

I recently bought a car from Dylan Amos at World VW in Neptune City, NJ. I traveled about 3 hours to look at a car in their inventory that I found online. Once I got there, I was immediately greeted and provided the car for a test drive that I came so far to look at. He was very friendly and attentive to my needs and requests. I ended up purchasing the car and everything is running fine after the first week. The reason for three stars would be that I felt like I was being rushed during the sales process and the fact that I knew more about the vehicle/Volkswagens in general than he did was a bit concerning (for example, dont just sell me a car on cargo space and frilly bells and whistles, rather be able to explain the cars powertrain features). Also, while on the phone, transferring insurance information with my provider, our call got dropped and this never was subsequently never handled. After this dropped call, I went in the office to sign paperwork with the financing guy, Mark Mendez, who was a very thorough and professional gentleman. Upon finishing this step, I left Marks office and Dylan still hadnt restarted the process to transfer my insurance information. Not this this a huge deal, but its the little things that deserve a 5-star customer service rating. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase with World VW and hope to keep/drive this Volkswagen for a long time to come.

Found the car on the internet at a good price and decided to make the hour drive to Neptune City, fully willing to walk away if the experience didn’t go o looked after parandolph, NJ fairly quick. I was on the road with my new car in about two hours including the test dri and appraisal of my old car. Thanks for the great vehicle and service.

Salesman Joseph Scarpino was very professional but in a comfortable, relaxed manner. I picked World Volkswagen because they had the car I wanted at a good price. The bonus was having the transaction handled so quickly and in a comfortable environment.

My friend Johnny G recommended the dealership after purchasing several vehicles and having them serviced there. He told me to shop around but to ONLY purchase from World Volkswagen on Route 66 in Neptune, NJ. My friend was adamant to have me only speak with Jonathan, the Sales Manager, and he would take care of me and he was more then correct!. Jonathan brought us to Roy Draper and he was a pleasure, like Jonathan, to deal with. Roy was very helpful in helping us to select the vehicle that was right for us, both practicality and price, without being heavy a hard sell. We drove 20 miles to get to the dealership, and must have passed 5 other VW dealerships, and it was Well worth the effort!. The price was better then any other dealers for a comparable year and mileage vehicle within 100 miles of our location. The buying experience was painless and made us feel more like we were dealing with friends then a business. They showed us around the facility and answered all our questions, and gave us some nice swag!. We love the Passat and cant say enough nice things about the experience dealing with Jonathan and Roy Draper. Roy in sales is excellent - patient, not high pressure, very knowledgeable about VW products, informative, and did what he could to make me a happy customer. Its amazing that he taught me how to use the technology in this car. Jonathan the sales manager helped make my deal happen with very competitive pricing. Mark in finance did not rush me and used simple language to explain the lease terms; and he had all the paperwork ready to go. We had a great experience at World VW in Neptune. Dean Desantis was our sales consultant and we couldnt have asked for a more polite and understanding person. From the test drive to the price discussions to the final paperwork process Dean was attentive, kind and overall just a great person to work with. He even came in on his day off to help us finalize the paperwork! We are proud Passat leasees and will definitely be back for our next vehicle! The only reason I gave 4 stars to the facilities is the changing table in the ladies room is too high! Maybe consider moving it down. :) The waiting area was great as we had our two children with us and our 22mo old loved playing with the toys! But overall great great experience!!

This was my second purchase from Work of VW in Neptune and second purchase from Joe S. The reason I came back the second time was because my purchase went smoothly and without a hitch. Joe was very attentive to my needs/concerns and addressed them all appropriately and in timely manner. I have also used their service department for my regular maintenance and the entire staff has been nothing short of excellent. Both times during my purchases I was in and out in under 2 hrs time (Note: I purchased both cars on a very short notice). I will definitely come back for my future purchases and recommend everyone interested in VWs (They also have sizable selection of other used vehicles as well) Thank you Joe S. and the entire team.
