I traveled over 50 miles from NYC to purchase from this dealer, and I would do so again in a heartbeat. I found an excellent price for the car I wanted on cars.com and sent an inquiry. The dealership responded promptly and with a solid quote that reflected the price I had seen online. They didnt give me a hard time or change the terms when I went in person to complete the sale, and they gave me a fair price on my trade-in. When the process took a while, they offered me complementary snacks and even went out to grab some more food for my family and myself while we waited! There is also a kids area my almost-3 year old daughter loved while we waited. I drove away with the car I wanted on the terms I expected after a few hours where they went out of their way to make us comfortable. It doesnt get better than that.

Freehold Toyota is the best car dealer in town, especially if you are looking to buy a Toyota car. Except for standard sales tax, DMV fees, and Doc. fees, they do not have any hidden fees or charges like most other car dealers have. They have a huge inventory and most of their used cars are certified with a very reasonable price. Their staff are very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Paul Morrison, my salesman helped me to choose a car from a number of cars he showed me. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I bought a Certified 2014 Camry this week and I love my car. Also, the sales manager Matt Mongiello and finance manager Chad Braverman was very pleasant and professional. I thank all of them for their services and highly recommend this place.

I wasnt sure what to expect from this dealership, as the company is very large with many different agencies all over the state. In addition, I had travelled over 90 minutes from north Jersey to check out a car that may or may not have been on the lot. When I arrived, I asked for Gia, who I had spoken to a day earlier on the phone, and she referred me to Nori, who while crazy busy with a number of customers, was still gracious and took the time to work with me, answer my questions, give me a test drive, and complete the paperwork in order for me to purchase the car. While Freehold is not the most convenient location, I will not hesitate to come here when Im ready to purchase another automobile.

Our sales rep Howard was honest and fair. He gave us the information we needed to make the right decision. He wasnt pushy, he let us shop without hovering. He made sure we were happy and even walked me out to the car and tried to fix a little yuck that was left on the windshield. But I wish there was some kind of food. We were there for five hours and only vending machine food that we had to pay for.

Let me start by saying this is the second vehicle I have leased from DCH Freehold Toyota. The first was in May 2014, and the customer service then was phenomenal. Meir was our contact and was so helpful, and then again last weekend, he assisted greatly in the second Toyota RAV4 I leased. Upon entering the dealership, everyone was kind and friendly. Even as I was waiting for them to bring around a car to test drive, I got asked by multiple sales people if I had been helped, or if they could assist me with anything. When I test drove the Rav4 I wanted to lease, Meir showed me all of the newest safety features and explained everything, leaving me with no questions at all! Once I decided on which RAV4 I wanted (color and interior, and different packages), Meir was helpful while I filled out all the paperwork, and Dimitri was extremely helpful in getting the financial part done quickly. He worked with me to ensure everything was 100% ready to go, and that I did not have any further questions about financing/payments. Dimitri was very helpful in answering my questions about how it works that I am a PA resident, leasing out of NJ. He made sure I would not have any problems with registering or inspection, too. When I was about ready to take my new car home, Meir helped me set up my Bluetooth, Navigation, and reminded me again about the new features and safety indicators that my new RAV4 had. I appreciated this, because the new technology is updated, and would have taken me twice as long to do! The entire car shopping experience was great. The staff is not only professional, but knowledgeable about the vehicles in their dealership. I would recommend DCH Freehold Toyota to anyone looking to purchase or lease a new/used car!
