I came there to buy a certain car. The dealer Bob totally disregarded the car I wanted got all my information and told me Im ready to buy a really scratched up black car I didnt want. I was practically being bullied into buying the car. The dealer told me no one else will sell me with the credit I have. I got good credit. He was nice until I said no to the car, he got really aggressive. A few guys came in also to pressure me into buying the car. I had to explain a hundred times why I didnt want the car. When they heard no, they all became rude. I ran out of there. Went to another dealership where I finally got to buy the car i wanted with a good deal. Never will go to Paramus chev.

Made an appoinyment to have the car serviced at 7:30 AM. At 8:40 AM I was informed that my automobile was still outside waiting to be serviced. Had they informed me in advance when I made the reservation it would have been easy enough to change the day or the time. I wasted over an hour for no service., Why do they "overbook?"

Brought my vehicle in for a recall notice. Dealership had my car ALL DAY and did NOTHING.. Called and was informed my vehicle was "done" and could be picked up. Picked up vehicle and again nothing said to me. Received a call three days later informing me my parts were in?????????? Apparently NO WORK was done on my car because they did not have the parts. Instead of letting me know this, all concerned acted as though the repairs had been made. I understand that my vehicle (a 1999 Pontiac) is of no importance to your dealership, but rest assured I will NOT be recommending your dealership to anyone. I now have to be inconvenienced once again.

What a great experience buying a car. Bob Brooks is easily the greatest car salesman Ive ever dealt with. He is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and hysterical. He had us laughing The whole time. The car buying experience can often be a stressful time, but Bob kept it light and enjoyable. The finance department is also very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous to deal with. Great service.

So an Ad online about leasing a chevy equinox .So I called over the dealership to ask if it was for one particular car and they told me know . I asked what you need to do to qualify for it and they said nothing. I told them i would like to purchase the vehicle and ROBERT KAWCZAK the internet sales manager told me I needed to come in to purchase the car. the second i came in everything changed. I didnt qualify for any of the incentives. Which would have been fine if Robert just told me that on the phone what makes me irate is that I had to drive to the dealership over 30 minutes to find that out which made the experience awful and would never buy a car from them ever.

Very disappointed with Paramus Chevrolet. Andy talks too much telling stories about everyone he deals with and how many people he knows throughout the various towns rather than focusing on my visit and service. He did not like answering all the questions I asked and would interrupt me when I was speaking. He gave the impression that he just wanted to make the deal and rush my family out. We felt rushed and pressured to make the sale; seems that is all he cares about. And some of his words and approach was upsetting. He also was not honest and we are very disappointing with the overall experience. We are customers of this dealership and tried to continue with the purchase of a new vehicle but that will not happen after this experience. We did not expect this bad service from this dealership. We will not be a returning customer and we will stop recommending them to our family and friends.

Took my 2016 Silverado in to service for a vibration at 65-75 MPH. Truck has less then 1,000 miles on it. Tech only road tested it at 55MPH. I wanted to drive it with tech in truck but that didnt happen. Was told that 2,000 miles need to be put on truck in order for transmission to adapt to my driving habits (never heard that before). However, at 70 MPH the transmission is already through the gears so this vibration might be something significant or maybe a flat spot on tire. We shall see.
