After a few weeks of working with an Audi dealership in my town and getting fed up with their service we decided to go to Town Audi. From the time we walked in the door to the day I walked out with my new Q7 they were great! Our salesman Alberto worked extremely hard to make sure we got the exact car we were looking for. I know this was no easy task. He was is constant contact each step of the way. This was probably the easier pick up of a new vehicle as well. I was not pressured to purchased extended warranties. I was shown what was available and that was it. This was truly the best car buying experience we have had. I highly recommend Town Audi!

Sales professionals are truly knowledgable, quite cordial and genuinely want to spend time with you so that you come to know all aspects and special features of any models to ensure that you and your new car are a perfect fit. And getting the car serviced is a pleasure - not a dreaded, time-wasting chore. The service department is very polite, extremely knowledgeable, quite well-run, and is extremely respectful of YOUR time. The whole environment is welcoming and user-friendly. They offer a cool, spacious waiting area with TV, wifi, refreshments, etc., and you can get work done while you wait for your car, which is delivered squeaky clean from the wash bay when ready. We showed up late to pick up our most recent Q-5, and Town Audi made us feel as though we were right on time. Although they were very busy, our sales professional, Howard, made us feel as if we were the only people he was waiting for the whole day. He briefed us in detail on every aspect of the car including its new technology, so that we felt comfortable and confident driving our new baby home. I highly recommend Town Audi of Englewood for all car buying and car servicing purposes.

"Tire Replacement"
Needed tire replacement for flat tire. Found the service and parts people to be very informative, patient and passionate about what they do. Pricing wise, tires slightly more expensive than discount webs, but satisfaction more than covers and peace of mind more than covers it. Plus i was able to do some work while waiting in the well equiped lounge, and compliment car wash is usually provided. Overall, Im very happy with the visit.
