He gave me an estimate and I told him to order the parts and complete the repairs. My vehicle was ready the next day and I very pleased that they made the necessary repairs. My car is like brand new again even though it has over 270,000 miles on it.

This was our third lease from Franklin, and we will be back. Great staff, easy transaction, huge inventory. They allowed us to test drive as many vehicles as we wanted with no pressure whatsoever. I was a little disappointed that no one got back to me (after we took the new lease) with answers to specific questions that I had. My wife and I had to leave several messages before finally getting in contact with salesperson a week later. I know they were very busy with Memorial Day sales, yet I should have been called the next day. Other than that, it was a great experience and we will be back in 36 months to lease another vehicle from Franklin.
