"Oil Change"
We went for oil change August 22, 2017 (Tuesday) but no action taken within 2 hours of waiting. Yes indeed, we left in Toyota 440 dealer very disappointed and swear not coming back ever. Well it turns out, we are wrong and we will definitely come back because the manager (Cynthia Cuevas) sincerely apologize and promised that they will change their system. They will appointed someone to make sure each customer needs will be addressed. We the customer, want fair treatment, valued our time and quality service. The dealer go beyond over and above in making effort to overcome our frustration. Toyota dealer even came to our house (August 23, 2017) to pick our car for OIL CHANGE and gave us a loaner car. Then, return our car in full service the following day (August 24, 2017) deliver it in our house. I never seen this kind of gesture, it is very extra ordinary treatment. In addition, Cynthia Cuevas and her assistant came over in our house today (August 30, 2017) personally apologized and hand over Toyota gift bag as a sign of sincere apology. We will definitely recommended you to our friends and family. Hoping that 440 dealership will continue to grow their business professionally and good moral.

Watermark is the best dealership in madisonville and the surrounding counties. I absolutely recommend anyone wanting a new or used car to go to this dealership. I recently purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and got a great deal on it also the buying process was so simple and quick. The dealer Ron Greene is absolutely the best. Very friendly and honest and did absolutely everything he could do make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Ron Greene was awesome you could really tell he is very expierenced at his job and is very good at it. Just leased a brand new highlander platinum, my salesman was Mr. Billy Lucero, i would say my experience was more than perfect! From the start to finish he was always on top of my questions always had an answer and always helped me when i was test driving the vehicle. I went to the dealer on three different occasions and each time was more pleasant than the last!! My wife does not speak English and had many questions, and mr lucero was ready for those also. We were greeted with a smile just before entering the dealership, right there and then I knew i have to buy the car from this salesman. I think he is the only salesman standing outside the door during that time in a cold weather. We were accompanied at the back to find the car i want, in less than 30 minutes we drove the car in the front, in approx 3 hours we sealed the deal. Kudos to Demarche! love my Sienna 2017. On the downside, i hope the dealership should provide a transpo going to the back to see the inventory maybe a golf cart, its far and its cold walking there.

Went to this dealer with my brother to test drive the 4Runner before pulling the trigger on the lease. The sales man asked us to walk out to the rear lot while raining to check out the car and while walking to the car I asked the sales man why we have to go all the way in the back he replied "It is Jersey city man" like if I look I will be stealing the car! I went back to the display floor area asking for a manager to complain about the service quality and no one showed up for a while then decided to leave. Why the customers have to go out themselves in bad weather to look at a car in the rear lot? why not have a better service and bring it to the front parking area and show it to potential buyers?

It was an absolute pleasure working with Juan Alvarado and Tom Rivers. They listened to what I wanted, worked with me to find a good price, match a good rate I had with my credit union, and offer what seemed like genuine advice on how I should proceed. I ended up not making the purchase from them purely because I was offered a once-in-a-lifetime too-good-to-be-true deal elsewhere, but honestly the deal I got was so great that 99% of the time you can expect NOT to get something like I did. Ive been looking at cars and dealerships within 300 miles of me, tracking over 60 cars, and speaking to over 30 actual dealers. I had it down to two dealerships: Hudson Toyota & the dealership I bought from. I think thats a real testament to how great my experience with Juan was. I will definitely be returning there the next time I plan to make a purchase. It really feels like an honest environment where they just want to sell you a good car. Ill be referring all of my family and friends to Hudson Toyota to speak with Juan about a car purchase. Thats how much I enjoyed the experience. 5 out of 5.

Abel was never pushy, always with a smile and the patience, unreal. He’s charismatic, passionate, outgoing, funny, very informative and above all very helpful. I went to a sales event just to look around, not really thinking of getting anything. They had a young salesman, Micah G. Perdue, who came to our table and asked if we were interested in getting a new vehicle. We told him that we might be interested and after asking some questions, he said he had just the car. When he drove up in the bright red 2012 Dodge Caliber, I fell in love but figured we could not afford it. After taking a test drive, I really wanted it so Micah went to check on financing. We had told him what we could comfortably afford and he kept trying until he got it to that figure. I drove home in my new car that afternoon! I have been using the services of Hudson for years and the whole staff is always wonderful!!!! I highly recommend them for purchase of a vehicle or service.

I leased my 2011 Corolla from Hudson Toyota 3 years ago. I recently went back in with my parents to buy-out the lease. I tend to hate going to dealerships due to the aggressive nature of most salesmen, never taking no for an answer, not listening to budgets, etc. This time however our experience was excellent. Salesman Chris Pena was very polite, helpful, respectful with our decisions and made the whole experience great. He even had some pretty funny jokes. I came in to purchase my very first car. This was the first dealer I visited and after visiting other dealers I came back to this one. The way the sale representative greeted us was great, they valet my car to help avoid the frustration of parking. Then they listen to my needs and located the cars I wanted to see. There was no pressure , hassle and harassment from them. Other dealers had me stress so many phone calls and offers. I decided to go with the Toyota Corolla 2014 S Plus and I am very happy. They explained everything me, what I was signing and why. They honored theyre offered no surprises. Overall great experience .
