"Worst Service Department I Ever Been Too!!"
Worst service department I ever been too, and I have been to several. Very rude staff and not willing to help!! I had my car towed to this dealership because it was the closest Ford roadside assistant could go without having to pay for extra charges per mile. After waiting 2.5 hours in the highway with Ford road side assistance, because they are extremely insufficient and incompetent of performing their job. When I arrived to this dealership service department I was told that I would get a loner to get to work the next day, then when they found out that I didn’t purchase the car from them they said they were out of loaner cars. Their response was I had to call 2 weeks in advance to reserve a loner, so I was supposed to know that the car was going to stop in the middle of the high way 2 weeks before it happens. The reason for car breakdown was due to malfunction with powertrain which was an existing ford recall. If I am able to give them a negative stars for review I would. Please do yourself a favor, don’t waste your time going to this dealership and save yourself the frustrations. There are plenty of better ford dealers in the area.

During my husband and my visit to Maplecrest Of Union, we learned a lot from our salesperson, Joseph Opoku. It is wonderful to find a salesperson, so knowledgable, patient, understanding, helpful and not always wanting to hear the sound of his own voice. He actually listened when we talked. Let me just say, "THANK YOU JOSEPH". I am loving my vehicle. I had the opportunity to use the SYNC Connect this morning to remote start my car from my phone. FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!!!! and the Blind Spot Indicator.....Awesome!!!. Let me take the opportunity to say that our salesperson, Joseph Opoku was Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. I contacted Maplecrest numerous times and talked to people numerous times, but no one ever followed through in getting me the information I had requested on the specific vehicle. I would constantly get generic emails about there service and if all of my question had been answered but no one would give me the information I requested even after multiple times talking with them on the phone. I am buying from another state so its not easy for me to drive to the dealership and look at the car. The information I requested was necessary for me to make a decision on purchasing with out seeing the car in person. I ultimately just gave up on them.

I was very stressed about the cost, but was able to understand everything that needed to be done. I appreciate the effort and patience of Veronica and Mr. Peterson.

I am cosistantly disappointed about wait times for simple oil changes. What is a the point of a appointment, if it basicly means nothing to the customer. I have purchased 3 vehicles from the dealership and the same problem has never been addressed. The waiting area has improved and that is just superficial face lift.

It is my opinion, after several visits that the Service Department at Maplecrest is in desperate need of training/re I training in the way of courtesy and professionalism. Some, not all, of the front-end service representatives seem to take rudeness as a sport. Fortunately, they pick and choose just who they are rude to thereby not inflicting their insulting and crude behavior to all customers. I speak from experience as I have watched them. This is something that management needs to address as one never knows, just by sight, who they are being rude to. I found the Sales Department addressed customers in a polite and courteous manner. The same cannot be said of the Service Department.

I recently had the BEST buying experience at Maplecrest Ford Lincoln thanks to our salesman Ray SHUTA and manager Jose JIMENEZ. They both made sure that my wife and I were well taken care of and provided us with an amazing lease deal on a 2016 Lincoln MKZ. Jose was the one who got the great deal for us and made sure all our questions were answered completely. He was very patient in the process of leasing our new car and was out to get us the best price he could. Ray took us out in the car and showed us all its features and gave us some valuable tips and user advice. My wife is a little overwhelmed by electronics but by the time we left the lot she was giving voice commands to the onboard computer like a pro. Both these guys followed up with us after the sale was done to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our new car. That rarely happens these days in the car industry! Jose was even nice enough to have the new license plates put on at our house as another thank you so my wife didnt have to travel to the dealership. Maplecrest Ford Lincoln definitely has earned top marks in my book of great car dealerships and I feel this will be the start of a long lasting relationship!

I have to tell you, I went to the dealership Saturday (23 May).. traded in a Mitsubishi and drove out with a Ford. Billy was the best sales associate I have ever had, staff there was also the best . If you are looking for a great deal on an American car, GO THERE !!!! They worked with me, knowing my current situation and I could not be happier. I never once felt like I was dealing with what we think the stereotype "car dealer" is supposed to be. This Navy Chief Petty Officer gives Maplecrest Ford Lincoln eternal thumbs up !!

I think it is very rare for someone to say that their car purchasing experience was a pleasure, but Ray Shuta made mine just that. There was no pressure or gimmicky sales tricks. Ray simply provided the information I needed, listened to what I wanted, then found me the car that met all my needs. He didnt try to sell me options or upgrades I didnt want or need. He stepped through the leasing process and provided me with options so that I could make an informed decision. I drove out of the dealership today with the MKC I wanted at a price I was very happy with. I would definitely recommend both Ray and the whole team at Maplecrest

Just to start off I hate to take my car to be serviced. This was not the normal visit. I worked with a very friendly & knowledgable service writer Heidi Stamm. She was extremley helpful & walked me through the entire process without trying to sell me anything that I did not need. This was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealer for service. I would not think twice about bringing my vehical back for service or recommending thisdealership to friends & family. It was truly a pleasurable experience. I would only work with Heidi Stamm!!!!! This was my second time dealing with the service department and after waiting almost 2 hours for my 30 minute oil change and vehicle inspection to be completed, they gave me a complimentary oil change and that is something that made me feel as a valued customer and would have me return for future oil changes. That is a small way to make me feel as a valued customer but goes a long way to winning my loyalty and willingness to have your service department work on my car again in the future, not because of a FREE oil change but because this one free oil change which didnt have to be free, made me feel as a valued customer and showed that Ford was willing to go above and beyond to keep me happy and not trying to nickle and dime me every chance they could.
