I have shopped online and over the phone for cars long before it was the in thing to do. It has amazed me how many dealers in todays day and age make that a difficult process. That was not the case at BMW of Bloomfield, my inquiry was met with professionalism and service from the moment I clicked enter. I received a call to confirm and understand my questions on the pre-loved car I was looking at. It didnt stop there, Scott followed up and got all of my questions answered with out any pressure to buy. He even let me know that his day off was the next day not to pressure me to buy but to let me know if I had any follow up questions he would not be in till the day after. When I made the 3 hour drive to the dealership to pickup my car they helped coordinate so I could drop my rental off at Enterrprise and everything was as promised with the car when I arrived. The process from arrival through signing all the paperwork was quick and efficient and I was on my way home in my car in no time. This is a dealership I would absolutely buy from again. Thank you.

I drove 2 hours to find out that the car I had an appointment to see was sold. I had called the night before my appointment to see if the car was available and was told by Dana that it was. Told her during the conversation that I was coming in from out of state. I get to the dealer and Dana tells me the car was sold last night but they have plenty of other cars and shes sure Ill find something else. Well I didnt. They didnt have any other cars that I was interested in. I would really have appreciated a phone call in the morning before my appointment to let me know the car was sold so I wouldnt have wasted over 4 hours of my day.

I only had to make 3 trips to the dealer to make my deal happen. One to get my pricing options, one to place the order, and one to pick up the car. This is how straight forward the process was at BMW of Bloomfield. Christian Graciano was excellent and added to the ease of the lease of my new 435 xDrive. Since this vehicle had to be ordered, Christian was vigilant in providing me with constant updates on the production status/location of the vehicle on its journey from Germany. This was not necessary, being that the order status can be viewed online or by calling a toll-free number, but Christians efforts did not go unnoticed. The process from beginning to end was flawless thanks to a great dealership and an excellent client advisor. They will certainly have my business for the foreseeable future. It is also worth noting that I visited several other BMW dealerships prior to BMW of Bloomfield, and my review stands in comparison to the other dealerships and client advisors that I dealt with.

My experience the first time I leased a vehicle 3 years ago can in no way compare to the support and friendliness I received when re-leasing on 12-30-2013. She was able to locate me the color scheme (interior/exterior) that I preferred, even though it was not on the lot. My sales associate, Christian, clearly laid out all of the options available to me without pressuring me in any direction. After sleeping over it, I returned the next day ready to purchase a new BMW. I was able to complete the paperwork from home on my own time, and leave it with Christian, allowing me to enjoy the day without spending hours at the dealership. My wife and I leased a 2014 BMW 528i XDrive on Saturday December 21, 2013. Our experience with both Ivan Romero and Christian Graciano was excellent. Ive purchased new vehicles multiple times during the course of my life and Ive never had a more pleasurable and less stressful experience doing so than with these gentlemen.
